Great video, love the Myrtle Beach area and was just there from Texas in May. I've played golf at Tidewater twice and we always visit the winery in Little River. It would be a fun place to live with lots to do.
Thank you! 😊 Ironically, just got licensed in North Carolina for the express purpose of helping folks on that southern end and being able to make videos thereof 👍
Now this is just weird. My wife and I just closed on our house in Little River. We are from North Carolina, and we were in love with Pawlies Island. We could not find the perfect house, and our Real Estate agent showed us Little River. We are making the move because our nest just emptied. Mr. and Mrs. "West's" story...is our EXACT story. Haha, I hope we meet them!
You’re Awesome! When I make my move you will be my realtor. I’m coming to myrtle beach in the next month or two to explore a new place to live. I’m also a Realtor in California that desperately needs a change and feel myrtle beach May be what I’m looking for. Excited to connect with you.
Thankfully most subdivisions either agitate their retention ponds and/or treat them with stuff to keep the bugs down... you're right though, if not for that it'd be rough 😂👍!!
It varies, give me a sec and verify. I know it either varies by time of year or which beach you're standing on let me make sure before I mislead anyone lol 🐶
@MangoHomes And What if you don't want a home in AHOa , A 32?How many are in that area. Is it possible to find one? I was gonna go to the folly beach area, but maybe I'll head this direction. This looks so intriguing especially if there is an off leash dog beach
OK yeah, it varies depending on which beach you're talking about and what time of year. Found the reference article for ya. Literally, each beach differs from the next! This covers every SC beach not just in MB so there's extra info there you don't need FYI! sc.audubon.org/conservation/comprehensive-guide-south-carolina-beaches-dog-owners#:~:text=Myrtle%20Beach,leash%20seven%20feet%20or%20shorter.
There are areas with no HOA and it's not impossible to get a house there it just depends on what area you're looking for, how close to the beach, etc. and to be honest the HOAs here for the most part are pretty chill. To date, haven't heard any complaints from my people from any place they've moved into and the vast majority of them pick new construction with an HOA, at least lately lol
DR Horton here isn't like DR Horton there. Every builder sends their best management, supervisory staff, planners, etc here because this is one of the top markets in the country and they can't afford...literally...to make a bad house. The competition is ferocious, they CAN'T mess up lol!
What better band to choose for music than...the Little River Band!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Wow❤! Love it ❤!
We ADORE YOUR VIDEOS SO MUCH !
Thanks to y'all both!! Myrtle Beach is an awesome place, it ain't hard to make an awesome video with so many killer places to shoot in 😁👍
Great video, love the Myrtle Beach area and was just there from Texas in May. I've played golf at Tidewater twice and we always visit the winery in Little River. It would be a fun place to live with lots to do.
Tons of different things to do, it really is a super fun place to live...thanks for watching Dennis! 😊👍
Playing the Little River Band while being in Little River very clever!
I was WAITING for someone to catch that!!!!!!! 😂🎸😂🎶😂
I first thought it was Billy Joel
@@philbouchard8366 suppose that would be nice a mistake to make with the piano and all 🎹
Excellent video. FYI it’s ocean isle beach not ocean island. Sunset beach is def worth mentioning too. It’s NC’s most southern beach. Good work!
Thank you! 😊
Ironically, just got licensed in North Carolina for the express purpose of helping folks on that southern end and being able to make videos thereof 👍
great music, finally!!! none of these re have a clue, good job. 5 star
You made my morning truth inspector 😄😄😄!!
Awesome area. Going on vacation in Oct and need to check this area out
You're not alone, three out of the past four houses folks have bought with me have been in there!
Now this is just weird. My wife and I just closed on our house in Little River. We are from North Carolina, and we were in love with Pawlies Island. We could not find the perfect house, and our Real Estate agent showed us Little River.

Omg, that's awesome congratulations! If y'all are athletic or you're into art you really could cross paths with them lol!
Great video
Thanks 🙂👍!!
A+ for the background music choice.
Sometimes the music choice is easy. Sometimes LOL!
I suggest you turn to your kids. I’m sure they are full of advice on music 😀
You mentioned the calm beach as Ocean Isle and that the Kindred Spirit mailbox is there. The mailbox is actually on Sunset Beach.
To this day I still mess that up in conversation, for some reason I keep flipping the names when I see the map in my head. Good catch!

Happy to help you escape Tammy! You'll enjoy it here both as a resident and working lol! Here when you need me 🙂👍
@@MangoHomes I’ll reach out to you later this afternoon. Would love to have you start sending me property’s
I'll be free tonight after dinner Eastern time, with a nice couple from Ohio right now and all day :-)
Do you have any videos about Longs?
Not yet but I've got a Google Earth tour of Little River on the calendar to be done in the near future...would you like me to include Longs?
@@MangoHomes That would be great!😄
Will do : )
Can I contact you about new construction in this area?
Yeah absolutely! If you email me or text me we can set up a call but I'm booked for the night FYI, Myrtle Beach is popular 🙂👍!!
So what community did the move into?
They moved into Heather Glen 🙂
I mostly fear the over abundance
of bugs/pests in SC.
Thankfully most subdivisions either agitate their retention ponds and/or treat them with stuff to keep the bugs down... you're right though, if not for that it'd be rough 😂👍!!
so the exchange is cancerous gysophate. toxic chemicals in your drinking water. I will take the critters
is there an off leash dog beach
It varies, give me a sec and verify. I know it either varies by time of year or which beach you're standing on let me make sure before I mislead anyone lol 🐶
