24 Tacoma Electrical System - Easiest Install Possible

- If you have a 24 Tacoma there is a good chance you will be adding lights, lockers, a compressor, or any number of other electrical mods that will need switching. Our Garmin PowerSwitch kit makes that easier than you could imagine. Most likely not, but there is always a possibility. With the Tundra there was next to no demand for hybrid compatible parts due to the complexity of install and cost since Toyota put the battery inside the cab. For comparison, a non-hybrid tundra kit is about $700-$800, maybe $1,000 installed. For a Hybrid truck it’s a $2,000 kit, and over $3,000 or so installed. So there simply is not much of a market for the parts.
Well hell. I was hoping for one of those so I can run my offroading lights off of it.
@@moundman16 The main problem is the battery location. So you have to run massive power cables up to the front of the vehicle, through the firewall, then to a power system.
