Hands down one of the best install videos prolly ever made !! Super clean step by step with added info as you go. Outstanding work and product. Thank you 💯 !! 👊😎👍
Just bought a 2021 4runner used, the previous owner installed a lot of accessories lol. This is exactly what I'm looking for to clean up what he left me to fix hahah.
Looks like this setup will work well for my 4th gen v8 4runner has the same setup for the battery and fuse box and everything that the 3rd gen Taco has
What size Press Fit Fittings are needed for this application? And where did you purchase them.? Thanks. great video, I will be doing this exact upgrade. So much more cleaner and organized.
I have this exact question. Shouldn't this be grounded to the battery? I also am wondering for my air compressors. They have been wired to the battery directly but it seems like the bus bar will be solid enough? Thanks for any help
I have a fuse relay box that interferes with the install. Is this something I need to relocate? Can it be relocated? I'm thinking about making a bracket that raises the power tray up 1 1/2" that I can bolt ahead of time and make install easier.
Awesome setup, looks really clean. My concern with these has always been how water proof is this? If you were river crossing would this short out and is there something you could do ahead of time to prevent it
Dielectric grease would keep the terminal block connections from getting wet. Some people like the way this looks and you don’t have to cut off connectors to change things
The cleanest I see. Currently waiting for my Prinsu Roof Rack, I want to run 42' Light Bar plus Bumper Light Bar also a few Flud Light around the Roof Rack what would be the best solution with power and such. I don't have any skill or experience with running wires n such. Hopefully you can give some advices.
If you wanted to wire something that’s always on when the ignition is on (and off when the ignition is off), where would you wire that? Ideally where you wouldn’t have to push a button on the switch pro for it to come on. I’m thinking grill lights and things like that.
Interested in the press fit pins and tool used for mounting accessories on the power tray. Can you provide some additional information? Clean look is what I'm going for.
Does anyone know any reliable custom shops in Vegas? I'm trying to get into off roading with my SR 4x4, but I don't know any good shops that can do the work.
I have this exact set up, and running my dual compressor on one of the 35a switches. But the switch is only to turn it on and off. Which only draws like 15amp. so any of the 20amp or 35amp switches is fine. The main draw is from the power cables. But switch pros does make a harness for the ARB compressors for their unit so you won’t have to cut their switch harness that comes with the unit.
Switch-pros website states not to connect the output wires to a fuse block which subjects the wires to water and corrosion, and essentially takes their Solid State, watertight system, and makes it subject to potential water damage and unreliable connections. What is your take on this?
We understand that but Maverick explained his take on it. Power Tray provides water proof heat shrink to prevent water issues. We agree with Maverick and as long as the Switch Pro is vertical.
Fuse Block and Electrical Connections open to Water is going to bite you in the Ass. Unless the Fuses are covered and away from Water, you will have Shorts and Possible Fire issues. I think your thought process is good, but you have to keep Water out.
Thanks for having me over Tuan! That was a fun overhaul!
Do you have any plans making this for MB Sprinter Vans?
This was the best video install of the Power Tray with a Switch Pro. Nice job guys! The setup looks hella good.
Thanks! Maverick did an amazing job

My OCD really loves this product and video.
Looks way better then some of the trays that cover the Vehicle fuse pannel

Nice walk-through Install Video
very clean setup! The e on the ground bolt stands for earth if anyone is curious

Nice ring terminal fork terminals might be easier to deal with if you don't want to remove the screws all the way but super clean
Did you not use all the relays that’s came with lights? I know there is a fuse but from what I have seen is it should be utilizing both
dont know if someone said this but the E on the bolt stands for Earth but you are correct it is for a ground connection
The Marine Terminal looks more orange then yellow
Link is broken for the power tray
What size Press Fit Fittings are needed for this application? And where did you purchase them.? Thanks. great video, I will be doing this exact upgrade. So much more cleaner and organized.
The "E" on the ground bolts is for "Earth," the foreign equivalent of ground.
Has to be one of the best how-to vides out there! Will R4T have a kit for the Switch Pro RCR Force 12?
Are you ever going to make the group 35 terminals? If not where can I get some for clean organization?
What happened to the Light blue, Pink, and white cable?
Do you have a bigger battery/alternator than stock for all of these connections?
The kit is no longer available on your website. Are you planning to sell it again in the near future??
Where is the ground for the SwitchPros attached to? The bus bar? I know that SwitchPros recommends directly connecting it to the battery terminal
I have this exact question. Shouldn't this be grounded to the battery? I also am wondering for my air compressors. They have been wired to the battery directly but it seems like the bus bar will be solid enough? Thanks for any help
Is there anywhere else recommended to install something like this? It mounts where the clutch fluid reservoir goes.
They make a relocation bracket for that reservoir!
I have a fuse relay box that interferes with the install. Is this something I need to relocate? Can it be relocated? I'm thinking about making a bracket that raises the power tray up 1 1/2" that I can bolt ahead of time and make install easier.
What do you have connected to the single fuse block on the battery terminal? Winch? What else? Redoing my electrical setup now. Wires nest...lol
The winch is the main thing but I have the sub woofer on there as well
I’m curious about the lack of relays ????
Getting a “page not found” error when clicking the link in the description.
I also am getting this.
What power tray should I purchase if i have a ditch lights on hood , 45” led light bar, and bumper led?
You have some bad ass head lights bro!! Where can I get them!??
Have you heard of Runnin4Tacos.com? We have everything there
Blue, pink and white wire placement?
So what’s the complete list of products to purchase this? I have a 21 trd OR

this was a very descriptive step by step install video! Question how was the inside panel installed; was this step in another video?
Totally different video. We can do that later
Awesome setup, looks really clean. My concern with these has always been how water proof is this?
If you were river crossing would this short out and is there something you could do ahead of time to prevent it
Afaik switch pro recommends against this sort of install for this very reason
@@makaveliSU i figured since i leave that question on every post about these types of switches, and never get a reply. Thanks.

What is the bus bar connected to? I don't see anything except the fuse block...
It is connected to the Switch Pro

We have a video for grille lights that uses our DRL harness to use power from the DRL.
nice!
So, this is just like another version of sPOD?
Switch Pro is similar to the S Pod. It's more popular nowadays than S Pod

We don't but I'm sure there are Facebook groups out there that'll know
Which wire did you use to connect your air compressor to your switch pro?
We are moving it to have constant power on the fuse block

@@SAPPER510 thanks. Going the same route. Just saw it on switch pros site and thought I get Tuan’s opinion.
@@Runnin4Tacos thank you.
Switch Pro with Powertray or Garmin Power Switch with Garmin Overlander?
Power Tray with the Power Switch and my phone or the Overlander is the only way we'll install our shop vehicles from now on
First!
Looks sooooooooo much better…clean and simplicity at it’s best. I like your tutorials, but must say your wiring was starting to look like a rats nest.
Oh yeah. I'm so glad we got it taken care of
Does this work with the 22 tundra?
I heard they have some for the Tundras in the works.
