HEALTHY eating vlog | CLEANING my pantry, COOKING healthy meals

Welcome to this healthy eating vlog! In this video, we are embracing a healthy lifestyle starting with a pantry cleaning and then making some healthy meals (protein balls and healthy ice cream that is banana based). At the end of the video, I'm also sharing some healthy eating tips that helped me change my relationship with food and helped me learn how to eat with intention.
Since I got pregnant, healthy lifestyle has not been as much of a priority in my life and I am really excited to slowly start embracing it again, so this is my first attempt at finding back to a healthier, balanced eating and lifestyle.
In the near future, I will focus back more on healthy eating/habits on my channel as that is a big part of who I am and what I strive for in life, but pregnancy has been about intuitively listening to what my body needs.
