Now not only his songs, but these other local on the 8s songs by various artists (such as Ryan Farish, Brian Hughes, Jeanne Ricks etc.) are gone and replaced by songs that are untitled. I miss the old way of local on the 8s music.

im 18 now and i love and listened to trammel starks since i was 13, this song is so beautiful when ur on a date believe me i tried it and it worked perfectly at night!,this also reminds me the ending to that 80's movie whit the boy and his radio playing it at the girls window at night.

If it helps any, during 1995 a lot of songs were from "Network Music" aka Killer Tracks. You can hear samples of their songs from that era but its hard to find since the songs are so old.
maybe it's because it's what i grew up with, but i'm a little sad to hear everyone dissing today's weather music. i like the music to weatherscan, even if it's not quite as transcendental (is that the right way to put it? it's the only way to describe this that feels Right to me) as the old weather channel music which is definitely very extremely good and boy i wish i had this song in my life sooner.

Nothing about current weather events except for local weather data on the bottom of the screen. Keep those shows on the Discovery Channel! Bring back the meteorologists standing in front of a map reporting current weather events.
