Thanks Clint !!! I have the 5 and 3/8 and absolutely love it! Morgan's maintenence had a video a few months back and the orange box had it for 99.00!!!!!
I grabbed it when it was $99 as well, so glad I did…lol!
I got the new M18 FUEL 6-1/2" circular saw. I really like it.
Just got it 10 days ago from HOME DEPOT with the Free 8 AMP RED LITHIUM Battery and Returned the Battery Now the SAW is only $130 and with the 6 and 12 amp FORGE BATTERIES it's REAL NICE LIKE
I also got mine, but haven't put it to use yet. Just got invested into a few milwaukee tools.
I was wishing he'd included that size since that's the size I was considering.
Informative vid just what i was looking for 👍
with a name like Clint how could I not like this Channel!!!! Been watching for a few years. Love the Content!! I have been in the Residential Remodeling Business in Boston for 27years and finished switching over to all Battery about a year ago, Milwaukee off course. Only corded tool we use is the Microwave! LOL! Now Clint, do you think its that much of a difference from the last model? I just dont know if it would be worth the purchase right now??? The 18volt I mean, because the 12volt by what your showing is a whole lot better than the last model. Thanks, Clinton T. That
Go Clint!
Love my M12 Blade Left,
2.5ah Battery.
New Diablo Blade cuts PT Deck Boards like Butter
Too bad it didn't have belt hook like the M18 6-1/2 😪
I'm really impressed with that m12.
Thinking about getting a M18 saw with a jigsaw as a kit at HD. Thanks for the info
Thanks for this, I really want that m12
Would love to see how it stand against dewalt 60v and the flex saw
I don't get the hate for blade right saws. I'm right handed and use a Dewalt 20V saw with blade right. It also has a viewing window through which the blade can be seen. Do people not know that there's a notch on the shoe that shows you where the blade is cutting? 🤔
I hope they make this with blade left. I got their new 6.5 and love it.
Both great options (as well as the new 6-1/2" FUEL) amazing the Power of that M12, pretty sure it's got more juice today than the original M18 circular saws.
OPT laying down facts 👊
hmm, impressive. I love the M12 for light framing
I wish the 7 1/4 was blade left
Me too, since when did these companies start making left handed saws as a standard for right handed people. Talk about gas lighting
what I can't understand is why don't all manufacturers make ALL their circular saws compatible with their own guide rails?
The m12 doesn't have 6000 rpm, FYI. It's around 3800? You can tell it is a bit slow spinning.
Always look forward to your videos! Love the fact that you always add humor to your content unlike the vegan cookie guy!! Thanks for the work you put into all the episodes!! Well done as always.....

I hear this vegas don't have a great sense of humor 🤷
IT AIN'T NO DE-AYBLO LOLLL
Dude! Video is kinda 'nas like. . .but I, am a Ryobi not Reeeobi kinda guy. Having said that. Awesome video man! Thanks! One for the algorithm! 😁
I just got the m12 a few weeks ago. good in a pinch for bigger stuff just like you said. BUT... I chucked a steel demon blade on there and it rips through super/unistrut, metal conduit pipe, 1/8-1/4 steel bar, worked awesome for that project!
Also agree with the high output 5.0 a few cuts drains the 4.0 regular battery quickly. 5.0 has much more capacity for the m12.
Those look like pretty nice saws. I’m glad you mentioned about the eyesight thing, because I have an issue with seeing smaller writing and numbers up close nowadays. Would definitely have to break out the cheater lenses.
nice saws. why you car key in hand put in pocket.
Great video Clint TWO saws real nice like, and taking on a wasp! I just know you do it for us😁
Not all heros wear capes brother
LOL, No Pilot Holes! I get it. :)
"This saw is for a baby!" 😂
Real nice like...wish I held back on buying my older gen m12 and m18 circ saws.
Can you do the Hercules vacuum video please
I guess these would be useful for contractors where corded tools are inconvenient but for an average diy guy I have a hard time justifying spending so much money for the convenience of a non corded tool. I have corded tools that work great after decades of use and guess what you don’t have to ever get a new battery which costs more than what I bought the corded tools for 😊
Yeah but you gonna have to buy a new cord one day all that plugging and unplugging
you re buying spare battery for platform not for particular tool, otherwise you re dyi
Hey brother when are you doing a review on the new Ryobi edge battery
This week 👊
@@ToolReviewZone awesome 😎
That Pittsburgh-esc accent is obnoxious.
USE WHATEVER CLOUT you have with Ridgid Powertools to get them to start making car care products. Buffer/wax. Spray cannon. Etc you’re the best!
So the M12 is for framing dog houses?
Only downside I note with its build is (in common with many others) a really thin ‘no meat’ rear shoe support. No issue in regular use, but if you want to add say a rear support for a rip fence or a screw through hold down to a jig, well there is nothing you could drill/tap or otherwise affix to at the back of the shoe….it is flimsy, but enough.
There is no f#$king way that new saw will beat a Dewalt 578.
Can't justify buying these over the Ryobi HP line
If you're in the trades and your tools are your bread n butter. It's fully justified 😂
@@AllTattedUp13 I've used the HP line and Milwaukee and couldn't tell the difference in quality or longevity. Now the non-HP I'm sure is a bit different.
@@MurseTech64 they're owned by the same company bro. Milwaukee is more for us tradesmen that use them daily and beat the shit outta our tools. Ryobi, nothing wrong with it. Just not ment to stand up to the daily use and abuse. More catered to your weekend warrior diy ppl.
