  • This easy stretch routine is great to do before bed or after a workout. Your side body, hips and low back will feel strengthened and lengthened and your central nervous system relaxed and primed for a good night's sleep.
    No equipment is required; however, I do recommend a pillow for the seated portion.

    PJ! I love the slower than usual transitions from one position to the next. YES~ that makes it easier for this 62 year old who used to be LIMBER and has decided to use YOUR channel for a COMEBACK!!! I love your explanation of each transition body part by body part! YES!     Wait - what?! We store a lot of emotion in our hips?! Damn - I'm gonna need to research that. My hips are ALL jacked up. Lovely routine before bed and my 10yo asked to join me.

    🙏 Namaste! Sunday is my yin day. I started with this awesome active recovery and now flowing into a yummy yin flow or nap in a fire pit. Whatever my body’s reaction is it’s going to be. It’s a great day 😘💕

      Not sure what a forwarding stretch is. But anything that is flexing the spine is a no for osteo. Hope that helps!

    I am a day or two behind since I go to yoga class twice a week and some days life gets in the way. Nevertheless, I chose to do the stretches right before bed. Wonderful way to wind down before going to sleep. Absolutely yummy. Thank you PJ, and Namaste. 🙏🙏🙏☺

    Haaaaaaa after yesterday I woke to my legs and hips ON FIRE 🔥 omg wow seriously in barefoot and no equipment and you get a leg workout that burns ........lol 😆 this was sore to start I will admit my flexibility is horrendous lol 😆 but none the less I did it and I'll be doing it again
