Quick Cardio Workout To Burn Fat For Women Over 40

- Join me in this all-levels, all-standing cardio workout. I’ll show low and high-impact exercises, so you can choose which exercise will work best for you and your joints.
After we’ve torched some calories, we’ll cool it down on the mat with 2 of my favourite core exercises. So, stay till the end if you want to bulletproof your low back.
This workout is all-level and osteoporosis friendly.

Man, what a blessing you are!! LOVED the cardio in this one, the entire worked rocked!!! Thank you SO much for the modifications, I need them so badly as I am not great at doing them without some cuing. And with osteoarthritis in my left knee, high impact is over for me.
You challege me and I feel worked after a session with you but I don't feel exhausted and dead. Like so many, if I workout in the morning, I have an entire day ahead of me, I NEED energy. That is one of the BEST things about your workouts and the ones I have done so far. Effective but not exhausting and ENERGIZING ❤❤❤

This was a fast workout but definitely had my heart rate up. I enjoyed this cardio as the moves were not too complex. It is frustrating when I can't figure out the moves until the 2nd or 3rd round and lose out on the intensity. Another one in the books. Wonderful end to the workout. I'm ready for day 14 🙂
