    When I was able to accomplish the splits. Sides too. I was able to raise my legs along a wall. Many years ago. It was a lot of discipline and dedication to the working on the splits. Keep going. I could do the van damme barrel splits and chairs splits against the wall like he had shown in a couple of his movies.

    Because of my big legs in karate I can do the splits no problem

    I do this too, but I sit down in a full splits with sets of 10-20 mintues 4 times, No Not Kidding. see for yourselves.

    Nobody will do this.
    This stretch is too advanced for a beginner. But feels fantastic. 😾

      Stretching exercise like others of that kind I had to do for half hour to do the split and not hurt myself

    Word of warning:
    I started young in my ninja training...lol. 1000 push-ups, omni-directional splits, diving boards, soccer fields, multiple 10 mile runs a day at age 16. I could run and jump onto a fence post and run from post to post.
    Then I had to become an "adult" and spend the hours of practice digging, climbing ladders, carrying loads, marathon days and dreamers nights. My practice died and the game became real. 24/7 real. Once we stop "practicing"... Well, keep practicing.
