    The man is trying to to help people and all u can do is pick faults with his dress code or the way he moves..I've had trouble with my back for a while now and I'm definitely going to do this work out..its well presented and explained in detail.thankyou for a great guide

    1:20 12-20 then switch leg
    2:55 5 reps each side hold 1 second take 1-2 min break do 3 sets
    5:00 8-12 reps hold 2 seconds
    6:05 15-20 reps x 3 sets
    7:15 15-20 reps 1-2min break 3 sets
    8:30 10 reps each side 3 sets
    Also guys its very important that if u do it regularly use a carpet/nap as it can affect ur knee in the long term

    I've had lower back pain from sitting all day being a local cdl driver 12 to 14 hour days, not exercising, and poor lifting when picking up my 20 month old daughter. Bought a back brace and have been going to the chiropractor for the past month and nothing really made the pain go away. I did this for the first time and the first two were uncomfortable at first after I completed them all, I no longer feel the pain at all. Will be doing these every day. I don't comment on videos but I had to for this because of the immediate relief. Unbelievable. For all of my fellow drivers, operators, steering wheel holders, pedal pushers, and pavement pounders, this is the one for you. Thanks for the video. God bless and stay safe.

    Straight to the point, very humble yet informative and very descent language am talking about a pro. Thank you for not letting us go through listening a bunch cr** and watch a self admiring dude flexing all over the camera and trying to talk hype but instead you just give us want we need in a very clear communicative manner. Hats off to you Doc I have just stopped going to the physio to be put under EMF and when I come out I feel the pain has increased. Golden thumbs up doc

    Hi, im 52 years old and after a whole year of back pain where I cant stand for long without having to sit down, and basically waking up every day with a sore back. I have tried all sorts of excersise routines of utube, been to a chiropracter, docter, physio, and nothing worked. Some excersises definately helped but the underlying pain was always there. Anyway I tried this excersise routine of yours after my physio said i had bad lordosis and some sciatica. After one session of this workout, the next day my back hurt worse and the sciatica was the worst it had been and I thought oh no, ive really done it now, im not doing this excersise routine ever again. But, the following day I noticed all pain was completely GONE. I havent done the excersises again yet, but I am truely amazed. The pain is gone, just like that. It must of been these excersises, because nothing else has produced this result. :)

    I don't trust anybody on TH-cam, but I do have to say I had a real bad lower back injury from squatting wrong, I started to do these movements low and behold I don't have no more lower back pain and I'm continuing to do them is really strengthening my lower back and my abs thank you so much.

    Bird Dogs: 5-10 reps each side, 3 sets Prone Back Extensions: 8-12 reps Reverse Abdominal Curls: 15-20 reps, 3 sets Leg Raises: 15-20 reps, 3 sets Dead Bugs: 10 reps each side, 3 sets This is my cheat sheet but watch the video, it has a lot of important information for the exercises!

    Thanks man damaged my sciatic nerve wrestling back in 8th grade and its still effecting me 9 years later! Never though my life could go down hill just from a back injury in 8th grade! life's weird.

    I have back pain for at least 3 months continuesly and i used alot of pain tablets but the pain don't control then my friend told me that do these exercises and alhamdulilah i started these exercises for 4 days one time in morning and one in evening and i am feel extremely well and now i will continue these exercises daily..

    These back exercises really helped when i first experienced lower back pain 8 year ago and my chiropractor gave me some back exercises to do at home. I still do them periodically whenever the pain flares back up.

      Get an Mri bro i started with sciatica and now I have a herniated disc on L4/L5 because I didn’t take care of it and im only 20. Been a year now and I cant get rid of the pain.

    I had a spinal decompression for a herniated disc it was an emergency op due to Cauda Equina 7 years ago and have sporadic flare ups ever since. Have had a particularly bad flare up with horrific spasms from Christmas and even after a couple of days these exercises have really helped me. Thanks a million I will be doing these regularly I don't want to be as bad as I was popping pills and feeling awful!

    I have been doing some other back and core exercises for a week with no improvement to my sciatica or more importantly my higher back spasms. After the first time of doing these ones - I feel a major improvement and they have "reached" the actual spots that need to be targeted. I will do these 3 times a day from now on. I particularly love the fact that you demonstrate exercises for prevention. The only minor thing that I would like is some quick information on whether stretches to the core is recommended?     Superb video , I done my back in this last week and have struggled to get out of bed or from sitting down even standing agitates my back
    After doing these exercise (I did the video Twice) I’m feeling looser , I will hopefully do these every morning and night amongst other gentle exercise through out the day

    Warning...If you suffer from L5 S1 back problems avoid Leg-ups and knee raises at all costs. These will make your bulging disc worse as well as increase your pain..

      the leg raises are very strenuous? How is it good for lower back pain? If it is straining the lower back to strengthen it?

    Good basic exercises for low back pain. Make sure you always follow exercises with movement correction so the pain STAYS away....Thanks! Although, Supermans increase disc pressure beyond safe levels and I would not recommended them for someone with back pain.

    Definitely going to try this I was in a car accident and my lower back is mess up so hopefully this help me been in pain for 7 months

    You know your lower back is in good shape when you can do this exercises with a belt around your waist

    First video of yours that I've watched and after doing this, there is alot less pain in my back. It's still there but guess itll take time. Cheers

    Straight Leg Kick Backs
    12-20 Reps then switch legs
    Bird Dogs
    5 Reps - 1-2 minute breaks - 3 sets
    Prone Back Extensions (SuperMans)
    8-12 Reps
    Reverse Abdominal Curls
    15-20 Reps - 3 sets
    Leg Lifts
    15-20 Reps - 1-2 minute rests - 3 sets
    Dead Bugs
    10 Reps - 3 Sets

    I was locking for a video with someone that knew what they were talking about because i long before watching thid video had never done a pull up in my life, im 13 and in 5 months 14, i had always had it hard activating my back so i decided that 5 days ago i would do some back extensions while laying on my back. I did 12 of them eith 3 sets, and 2 days later i thought i would try i pull up, so i went outside into the snow and jumped up to the pole, i started to pull and i came half way, before i couldn't even pull my body 2 inches up in the air. I was super happy so i started trying to do a pull up everyday, today after 3 days of trying i performed my first pull up, i would like to ask how this would be possible because it should be harder and take longer than 3 days, i wanted to ask you because it looked like you knew what you where talking about. Please if you know tell me, thank you for reading.

      I'm not a pro in any way but found great relief in frequently dropping into a pigeon pose for a few moments throughout the day.

    Thanks team for detailed explanation and especially little animation that shows which muscles are working - it is soooo helpful and I have never seen such a clear demonstration along with such clear animation to explain muscle groups.
