I am diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, ive had over 7 back surgeries, been in too many car accidents to count and just got a pacemaker implanted a month ago. In all this a fell very ill, but now im trying to bounce back and I just wanted to let you know that I came across your workouts and for someone like me, they are so EASY and so....how do you put it....GENTLE....that it has made it possible for me to do these even if I do have to be seated during some cuz I get worn out.....but I have been through a lot of workouts and I usually give up. These are just too easy to give up on. Like you have no excuse! I can't fully do them yet, my heart isn't ready, but im working on it. So thank you so much for these and I will be forwarding these on as a referral to my EDS and Chronic Pain groups on Facebook.

A very easy steps to do these exercises. Today is my second day .Now I m excited to see transformation after 7 days. Rhythm of exercises also gives energy.
20kg (44lb) in 1 month is possible as that works out roughly 2lb a day EVERY day which you lose anyway as your body gets rid of excess water. She probably changed her diet as well. 2lb a week is the healthy recommend amount to aim for as its more sustainable so I would aim for approx 14lb in 6 weeks.
It's just been a week since I started and I have now 4 inches decreased waste incredible amazing I was looking for workout since long time and these just blow my mind and fat😁 highly recommend it's just like dancing and I love dancing so these were perfect for me
@@proudmuslim8456 mine took 2 weeks and before I was wearing bra number 38 and now 36 is even lose at me and my waste decreased 4 inches but with this work out I was also maintaining my calories intake I was taking 900 calories from which I was burning almost 500 per day so maybe that's the reason I lost 7 kg I was 68 then and now 61 almost
