    2x CY-8 cymbals (dual zone)
    CY-5 HiHat pad (dual zone) + foot controller

    I hope Roland will sell this module separately too. It sounds very nice actually. Basically sounds just like the TD-17.

    2:10 Is it just me or are lots of those notes not even triggering?

    • @drumtecTV
      @drumtecTV  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Travis, Roland modules offer the most accurate triggering available generally speaking. If you listen closely with a good headphone you'll be able to hear soft ghost note bow triggers in between the louder edge accents. You won't experience any mis-/false triggering with Roland modules when the pads are set up correctly, although the CY-5 pad of course is the most affordable entry level Roland option and won't offer as realistic playability as a VH-10 hihat controller for example. Kind regards!

    Ralf proves to all the naysayers that say, “electronic drums sound horrible”, it’s not the drums, it’s the drummer. If you can’t make the drums sound interesting, it’s you. These drums sound really decent for the price. Electronic drums either showcases how good a drummer is or how flawed they really are.

    What separates this kit from the TD-07 DMK? I’m looking for a kit and can’t decide between the two, DMK has a lower price tag by around 200 pounds but I can’t see it missing any features compared to this - are there any key differences that set the more expensive KV apart?

      Hey Eric, sure but you'll need some pretty well equipped laptop / computer hardware, Toontrack & a DAW software and need to know how to make all this run smoothly :) I guess most drummers who go for a beginner level e-drum kit won't neccessarily have all this at hand at the beginning, so it's just a nice kit to get to know electronic drums & play/practice/jam. The TD-07 module is much more advanced than the TD-1 and offers some basic editing & more flexibility with the pads/triggers at a more affordable price than a TD-17KV for example. Having played the TD-1DMK as well, I prefer the TD-07KV by far :-D kind regards!
