    Hey coach! I wanna try French Contrast Training. How much rest would you suggest between exercises in a giant set when switching from one exercise to another? How many times per week would you recommend doing giant sets? And what's the best way to manage the load when moving to power or peak phase?

    I bought ur in season program and why its doesnt have any calf exercises and the only plyo is dumbell box jumps
