Let’s also take into account that Donovan has only progressed as fast he has because of you and Isaiah. Isaiah has been the guinea pig figuring out what does and doesn’t work. Donovan has learned from him and avoided a lot of mistakes!
mormons and work ethic is a real thing! another great podcast guys! the big question i have is with donovan arguably having more natural talent than isaiah...will donovan be able to exceed 50.5" on his max vertical!?
@JUAN_KAKA wouldn't him being so advanced be the reason it'd work? If someone gets to a high enough level at the most effective muscle groups for jumping and getting diminishing returns from training. At a certain point the ancillary work that you are weak at would end up being more effective at moving the needle, no? Plus Isaiah has mentioned he struggles jumping at high speed so that practice could help with technique
hi john, i’m training for a powerlifting contest (60kg division, 17 year old) but i don’t know how to train after that in regards to the weight room for not upper and lower body and would like a little bit of advice

Also his crazy genetics
Those were some of the most powerful and nastiest dunks I've seen in a long time. Incredible athletes! Nice video.
Donavan is just out of this world. when he's doing all the dunks you can see just how much over the rim and powerful is finishes are.
Donavan really asked John “Why am I so op?”😂
27:52 lol why is that so true

Under both scorpion is insane
Sick video!
Imagine if Michael Jordan had dunk / jump specific training 😳 it would’ve been other worldly 🤯
Donovan high with style is just next level
If being a multisport approach helps, would Isaiah not benefit from doing 4 months of sprint training then coming back to vertical
He’s way to advanced to see results from that
