If you had 2 months to feel bouncy then you are looking for short cuts. That’s the nature of these people wanting to look for short cuts and cooking cutting workout. It doesn’t work like that in real world. Everything takes time whoever asked that question. You need hard work through action not opening the mouth saying i will do it.
I clicked on this video since volleyball season is in a few months and I don't have much experience in sports aside from soccer which doesn't really require a good vertical so I was gonna run this while I train to make my jv team. I have done some direct vertical training the past but that was a while ago and I had no intentions of making any teams or anything so I had no deadline so to speak. My current vertical is 28-29 inches.

What is the goal of the program? Increase vertical? Build muscle? Is it a bodybuilding program or performance program?
