I have subbed and liked the video greetings from ireland.I went to my gp here in ireland last week i wasnt feeling well.He took my blood pressure and it was 236/111 he sent me to the hospital straight away i was in hospital for a few days i MY blood pressure has improved since been prescribed blood pressure medication.Go to your gp if you dont feel well better be safe than sorry you only have one heart look after it your heart is your battery of your body thank for sharing the video i got a lot out of it.
Very interesting especially on strength training and compound exercises. I'm in it. Lifestyle change I've done it 2yrs ago. I'm off meds now and thanks for the info.
I have white coat syndrome. My BP measured at home is in a 120/70 range. At the doctor's office the nurse says it is 155/80. The doctor measured it and it was 188/80. I'm 5 feet 9 inches and weigh 160 pounds. He has changed my meds from 40 mg losartan to 40 mg twice a day. Now he changed it to 100 mg and 25 mg of a diuretic even though he said I am not retaining water. My problem is my doctor.
If I have a very sweaty workout daily for an hour, how much salt does that deplete? I’ve been doing this and having a low salt diet and it’s clearly a problem. I have headaches and fatigue. It’s only been a couple weeks, so I’m glad I figured it out already. I had a glass of warm water with a half teaspoon of salt and felt remarkably better in minutes. I’d love to have an idea how much salt I need after having keeping my heart rate over 150 for an hour.
My sister Iis a stroke survivor now she is on high blood pressure medication she is having serious headache almost every day what can I do to help her she is also over weight
Deep breathing, 4, 7, 8 seconds in, hold and out 20 mins a day twice a day, hand grip exercises and pressing the correct accupressure points. Look them up in TH-cam.
I have good bp but when I get anxious it goes up and then I get nervous to check my bp and when I see it up it makes me more anxious and I can’t get it back to normal for a while cause then I get scared everytime I take my bp thereafter. It’s such a vicious cycle. Idk how to combat this
I have same issue. In the morning 120/74. By evening after stress 180/100. Dr gave me clonidine med for those times. My cholesterol and triglycerides are perfect. Not a metabolic problem. Just stress.
My pressure don’t get up to 120/80 at all it’s lower than that. I get light headed. I lost over 80lbs and i walk 15 miles a day. I think i shouldn’t take meds no more. Im on 2.5 amlodipine and 12.5 spironolactone but it makes my blood pressure really low when i take it then im lightheaded and feel. terrible! Do you agree i should come off meds? I don’t eat high potassium because of the spironolactone. Im tired of it!

I know this study. There are larger studies needed, to really show, if keto is better. Please consider: Not everybody is willing to do keto on such a strict level and can hold this diet on long term. I see a lot of patients struggle with keto and carnivore on the long term...it is one-sided.
@@DrUlrichSelz_english I hope doctors are now giving people the option and don't automatically assume it's too hard for them. I didn't stumble upon keto until I had been a type 2 diabetic for a over decade. Keto gave me my life and vitality back, including normalizing my blood pressure and getting me off all my multiple medications. Keto is not hard to stick with if you're scared of going back to feeling as bad off as you used to feel. If you just do it to lose a few pounds, sure, you'll eventually be lured back by the siren song of ultra-processed edible substances that pass as food these days.
@@DrUlrichSelz_englishAdditionally, this diet wouldn’t work for those with high cholesterol. My spouse is type 2 diabetic (hereditary), has high blood pressure & high cholesterol. These combined medical issues aren’t addressed…usually you see information treating one illness but not all 3.

Yes, it will!
Experiment
Only with leeches
I give blood every month. After giving blood, my numbers usually reduce 5-10 for both.
😂
I would like to know what are the numbers that standard for BP. 120 over 80 is that the only number we need to watch.

Yes, I believe there is. I can hear two voices in the video.

Does an aspirin a day lower BP?
Nope.
It just helps to dissolve clots that might be present, and also thins the blood a bit.
Does high glucose increase blood-pressure?
I think it does, it make blood thicker and arteries slower
Therefore heart got to pump harder raising blood pressure
