Drill a few small hole in the top of the buffer tank to equalize the pressure. No more popping the inspection plug. Plus you don’t need any pressure because your pump pulls real good 👍🏽

@@HotShotHaven Thanks for that. I may put some more in it.

I've never had success with those Hudson floats; slow filling and never sealed to shutoff when on unlevel ground. looks good for making money this year!

Thanks. This is my first one so I’m going to see how it goes. So far so good. 👍

Hello, thanks for the video, your last Amazon link is now a dead link can you please tell me what it was so I can buy the last part. Also maybe editing the links to have the material names next to them may help future proof this video so it may still help others in the future. Very grateful thanks!

I thought the tank had to set higher than the pressure washer to be truly gravity fed. Sitting level with each other doesn't affect your flow?

If you are gravity feeding then yes machine below water level. This pump is pulling water with suction like a belt drive or gear drive,so it doesn’t hurt it to be below the machine.

What kind of pump is it?

I’m trying to do the same thing. I’m no expert but just trying to learn, but the research I did said that the “preferred method “ is a belt drive. I’m thinking that yes it will work but for how long and how much more wear and tear on the parts? It’d be nice to see a real test.

@@georgea6403 I’ll be doing a video soon on it running. It pulls just like any other machine. If it isn’t running through the pressure hose it is bypassing to the tank. I think it will extend the life of this pump along time.

Awesome vid and explaining your setup. Thanks for the time and I’m learning lots. One question , did your pump come with that unloader bypass or you installed one, if so where did you find one?

Thank you. Yes my pump came with the unloader. It is a VRT-3. Thanks for watching.
