As someone who lived in Kenya way back, I am impressed with this family's story. This woman (Gaia Dominic) and her humble and loving husband are a great example of how people should love, care and understand each other. Life is an adventure so one has to experience it and contribute to it which in this case Gaia did and completed this wonderful family. I would like to say Bella in Italy and say Mungu Nakupenda in Kisiwahili to this awesome family!

I really enjoyed this story. I think everyone should experience living a peaceful life. It's not about having everything. It's about being humble, appreciating every second that God gives us. Being able to give and receive respect, love and just having everyone treat eachother like family is a wonderful blessing.

I can totally relate to this beautiful lady and her husband. I’m married to a Nigerian Igbo man and we live in the USA 🇺🇸. It’s all about understanding each other, but when you already have international experience it’s easier to adapt to another culture.
She's a beautiful soul and a great mother. I love how she's raising her daughter and respectful of her bidy autonomy. I also love the way she speaks Swahili. If I close my eyes I wouldn't know she wasn't a native Kenyan. 👌
love this woman and how she's so open and truthful about her marriage. May their marriage be blessed with many years. I mean its so true that even ppl from the same culture and skin colour have issues so its a perfectly normal marriage.
Lovely story. Am of Rwandan origin uganda born but grew up partly in Arusha in late 70s 80s. I love Tanzania and eastern Africa. I was last there 2016. I live in holland and married to a dutchman. Mum of three grown kids and i still love TZ and Kenya.. glad to be speaking Swahili still 40 yrs plus. What asweet story. What a sweet girl is Gaia and what a darling is Ntoyai!! Nawaombeya heri na Baraka. Lynn you are asweet interviewer❤️🙋🏾♀️
A slip of the finger and I found myself watching a video that was not intended. After around ten minutes I asked myself if I wanted to continue? Some how I could not rip myself away from what turned out to be a very interesting and comfortable interview. Before I knew it 57minutes and 37 seconds had passed. My compliments to Lynn Ngugi for a very well done interview. I wish Gaia Dominici, Ntoiyai Koruta and their child a wonderful life together. May both your cultures melt together like snow after the winter and flow like a river.
If you only knew what Western life is like. Most are escaping that crazy stressful lifestyle for a peaceful life in Africa. It's only Africans who don't value what they have
Gaia, you are one in a million! What an eloquent, wise and beautiful soul you are! Love is blind to color, class or boundaries. Wishing you and your beautiful young family all planet's blessings
I ve been in Europe for many years, its a preverege to be in Kenya is the best, good food weather beside Coruption and greadiness of some people kenya is the best.
Nice interview. Take note, she is part of this community but she explains that she will not forget her original culture. This is something that is important to remember across all races, we can change our environments but must not forget our origins.
Lynn, you truly are a *phenomenal* interviewer! I love how you make a connection with your interviewee, allowing her to speak her truth through sharing her perception as well as her life experiences. You're very compassionate, positive, warm, and outgoing; great attributes for this field of work! You ask such wonderful, thoughtful questions that stimulate deeper levels of the conversation itself. Thank you SO much for sharing this *inspiring* *beautiful* interview. Lovely family!!
I think you misunderstood about the story because.... that Guy is not poor for your information but that's how us as maasai culture we are living 😇💥 And we thank God for Everything.
❤️ from india ,Kerala Here it is even difficult to marry out of caste even when we are in love due to family and social issues. Things are changing slowly. You have great philosophies for us people.
Kerala... I mean we r lil bit more forward than many other states tbh. I think it's mostly because our lives r driven by the people outside our family, people love to poke into other's lives than their own. They worry more bout someone else's child more than their own. I was brought up outside India, I really love to indulge in different culture n loves to be surrounded by people who r totally different from my background yet my parents won't be that open about this approach cause it's difficult for people to actually get out of their roots.
Gaia is such an amazing woman, her story is inspirational to give up a comfortable life to live a life without the comforts of life and to learn the language and embrace all that is masai is awesome!
Lynn you are gem and love your shows. I am learning a lot and am from Zimbabwe. God willing will meet when am in Kenya. Keep up the good and guard your pure heart.
I bumped into this interview by error but i'm so happy i did. It's beautiful seeing two people with different culture coming together in marriage. As a Nigerian this was my dream for myself but sometimes dreams don't come true.😊
Does the man possess a degree like her ? This is because if their station in life is different in educational background, the romantic love is a bliss and got an expiry date.
Would he do it if he was married to a masaai woman though? I'm ok with interracial relationships but i hate that when black men marry outside of their race they do everything that they wouldn't do for a black woman. We arr always treated "less than"
@@justinamusyoka4986 my father did not have a degree but my mother has a degree and they have been married for 25 years so I do not agree with your theory
Kenyans we are searching for a men's from abroad and abroad wemens want Kenyans this it's amazing may God give each end every one the happiest marriages,, be blessed girl
most of you going abroad are being led by looking for greener pastures..this woman came to live as maasai.. also, no culture on earth want to erase itself by outbreeding with foreigners..thats how cultures become extinct.
Perfect illustration that you don't need all the trappings in life to be truly happy! It's not called "trappings" for nothing; less is more most times. Probably my favourite interview of all time!
One thing about energy it does not lie.... He probably had a strong connection to her soon as he laid his eyes on her. She seems cool, and down to earth.

I'm from Trinidad and Tobago, it's a twin Island in the Caribbean, land of the steel pan/ drum, calypso, soca and two days of carnival celebration, but I will leave all this behind to live in Africa, my heart yearns for the motherland, I can'T understand it nor can I explain how I feel, but one day before I die, I will return, from my mouth to GOD'S ears. I love this channel, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

I really enjoyed this story. I think everyone should experience living a peaceful life. It's not about having everything. It's about being humble, appreciating every second that God gives us.

The girl is such a deep person.
I like the way she defines how understanding even with the language barrier can be better through actions than words.

Hi 👋😊😊
A slip of the finger and I found myself watching a video that was not intended. After around ten minutes I asked myself if I wanted to continue? Some how I could not rip myself away from what turned out to be a very interesting and comfortable interview. Before I knew it 57minutes and 37 seconds had passed. My compliments to Lynn Ngugi for a very well done interview. I wish Gaia Dominici, Ntoiyai Koruta and their child a wonderful life together. May both your cultures melt together like snow after the winter and flow like a river.

❤️ from india ,Kerala
Here it is even difficult to marry out of caste even when we are in love due to family and social issues. Things are changing slowly. You have great philosophies for us people.
Sorry
For Indians even if you don't tell us 😣😣

True
Before even I finish watching let me say this is what is called a true love, A Masai man cooking for a woman??? This is amazing
