- Join us for this free session where Dr. Abigail Hirsch, pain psychologist and Co-Founder of Lin Health guides us in somatic tracking. Somatic tracking is one of the key techniques in Lin’s approach to pain recovery. It includes mindfulness and safety reappraisal, and is used to help people attend to painful sensations through a lens of safety, and thereby deactivate the pain signal.
Rethinking Pain is a series of free webinars by Lin Health, where participants get to learn more about and experience the latest tools & techniques for recovery of chronic pain.
Lin Health is a holistic pain recovery program, based on the latest brain science for treating chronic pain. We help members rewire their nervous system and reclaim their life from pain. Learn more at lin.health.
Incredible, thank you so much for guiding us through this!! One question: would you consider placing the adds at the beginning and the end of the video, and not right in the middle?
Thank you. I felt a relieve of the pain. I hope that all people that watch this will be free of all pain. This works. Been so sick with Fibromyalgia, Chronic fatigue from a young age, ca. 45 years, I am 65 now.
I noticed that ads are in the middle of the video a couple of times. It kinda throws off my groove. I would love if they were at the beginning or end of the video. Just a suggestion. I appreciate the free content thanks!
What a lovely snowy scene in Colorado... We dont get snow very often in Cornwall in the UK... What a lovely place to live so peaceful. Thanks for your input x
Thank you, great way to start my day!
Love your energy!!!❤
The words that resonated with me were "It's not dangerous. It is safe". Acute vs Chronic

Could blephoritis be a mind body condition?
Thanks for the idea of sharing this great content. ❤Because of TH-cam advertising in midst of the tracking twice I had to stop, because it distracted so much 😒
Ads are EVERYWHERE it's all off-putting!
great video, but the ads make not usefull.
Pain always happens when walking, does this work when you’re not experiencing pain and just sitting?
How many times a day can I do somatic tracking but not overdo it?
Just echoing others re the adverts - can you please remove them from the middle of the video as it makes very difficult to stay in the zone! Thanks!
Liked it...but when ads continued I stopped
The audio is so abbrassive on this I couldn't listen. It was so bass heavy even with adjusting. Hurt my ears
Bad audio.. had to move on
This is so fast 😂
