    They can use Mexoryl SX because the patent is run out. They just cannot use Mexoryl XL because that patent isn’t up yet. P. Calm and haruharu is also using the same combination of filters with Mexoryl SX as well as Tocobo I believe

      Aaaaaah, thank you, I get it now! Yes, as I said in the video, a number of new sunscreens all share that same Kolmar 2023 base formula, Anua is another one from what I remember.

    How can anyone not love sunscreen reviews? It really grinds my gears when I hear people say Korean sunscreens can't be trusted or that they don't work. I straight up proselytize Korean sunscreens to anyone who will listen😆

    • @UlrikeScherer

      I really think the mistrust of anything Asian-made is just racist. It does usually come from white creators too, and rarely do they have reliable sources, just anecdotes such as "I got hyperpigmentation/sun damage because of this Korean sunscreen."

    I really wanted to thank you for what you are doing, your effort. I am watching your videos and love your detailed explanations.
    Just a year ago I have discovered Korean cosmetics, and I am hooked 😅.

    This sunscreen is EVERYTHING!!!! The texture is extremely unique. The fact that it is the first time I have been able to use a non mineral-based sunscreen without breakouts is also amazing. This sunscreen has the perfect amount of moisture. There is NO white cast on my skin which is also very difficult to find. It feels like nothing on my skin AND it improves the tone of my skin. I have searched for about 20 years for a winning sunscreen and this NUMBUZIN is it!!!!

    • @cjohnson9232
      @cjohnson9232 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Zander.Toledo I tried every sunscreen out there. This one checks all the boxes: no breakout, no cast, weightless, doesn't require lots of manipulation to sink into the skin, not greasy, AND I see benefits to the tone of my complexion as I continue to wear this. Try it! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

    I don't usually comment but I watch all of your videos because I love skincare. Don't let some of the weird comments get to you. Your videos are appreciated and I like that they are detailed and well researched. I think the comment saying your English isn't good is just crazy, sorry. I'm not an English speaker, but I have a partner who is and he listened for a bit and said everything sounds normal to his ears. You are easy to understand, I only notice the accent but nothing seems strange or confusing to me. Don't listen to these people, keep being you!

      @@gyarufangirl2680 Oh you definitely have to re-apply, SPF50+ can only last up to a certain point. I wouldn't put too much trust on the "lasts 10 hours" claim, personally!

    I recently received a sample of the Numbuz:n Clear Filter Sun Essence and liked it well enough to order the full size. I hope I will receive it soon, because the sample was small. I wanted to say, about Korean sunscreen, I consider them even more likely to have very correct SPF and +’s because of the incident, manufacturers are very concerned about keeping their customers, both in Korea and elsewhere.

    I love your videos. I watch them all . I use Korean sunscreens in winter. I am Greek so the Sun is very dangerous here ,so in Summer i have A-derma sunscreen on always. I love Tirnosorb M .... It keeps my skin from being red . In Summer i can't have sunscreen without Tirnosorb M......

    So I understand it's supposed to be a strong, long lasting sunscreen, but is it actually water resistant?? Im assuming so, but don't remember you stating this. You mentioned korean sunscreens being more everyday wear, so wanted more clarification on this (cant seem to find out for sure..says water sunscreen, but think its referring to its texture??)

    • @UlrikeScherer
      @UlrikeScherer  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The brand doesn't say anything about water-resistance, and I personally also wouldn't say it's longer-lasting than other Korean sunscreens I've tried!

    • @UlrikeScherer
      @UlrikeScherer  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hey, I actually messaged my brand contact about this and they confirmed it's not waterproof! In fact, apparently it's supposed to be an easy to remove formula, that's one of the selling points. :D
