Regarding the pigmentation serums; For someone who suffers with pigmented skin and also melasma, the anua tranexamic acid serum made a big difference in my skin. Pigment is not fully gone, but faded a good bit. The Goodal did absolutely nothing and I had used two bottles of it
Thanks CYoung for your great video and your great review! You have helped me a lot for choosing what to buy amongst so many K-beauty products on the market! I am living in Toronto, Canada. Keep coming up with your great video!
The Anua 10% niacinamide + 4% TXA is one of my favourites. It's lightweight. Watery. I feel like it does fade my acne scars faster than just niacinamide alone.
@@perlynnn Not sure about that. Never use Cosrx 15% Niacinamide. Have tried TIAM's Vita B3 Source (10% Niacinmide + 2% Arbutin) not bad but the Anua one works even better for my skin. Texture wise, the Anua one is much more watery. I have oily skin (that can be dehydrated).
@@perlynnnI like the haruharu wonder 4% TXA Dark Spot Go Away Serum, 1.01 fl. oz, Niacinamide, Tranexamic Acid, Vitamin C & Centella. This is slightly better than the Tirtir.
Thank you so much for this! As someone who is just beginning their skincare journey this is a huge help! Please continue to give us the inside details on what's hot in the Korean skincare world
Thank you so much!! Please make a video with Korean skincare for a day and night routine for sensitive, mature and prone to redness.♥( mask, toner, essence , moisturiser, vitamin c, eye cream, pigmentation serum/ cream) and sunscreen. thanks in advance🥰
I love Jung Saem Mool! I have sensitive oil prone skin and for the glow, use her Tone Balancing Base because it has an SPF of 50+ and it's an exact shade match to my skin. I use the cushion as well for under eye and places where I need a little more coverage than the base gives. Never tried the TirTir, and probably won't bother. Love your channel!
quick PSA for anyone who needs it: SPF in foundations/concealers/bb creams etc aren't going to suffice as your only source of SPF, because you won't be applying enough product to actually get that protection factor (unless you're literally caking the product on and making yourself look silly in the process). labmuffinbeauty is a cosmetic chemist and has some really good videos on the topic if anyone is interested!
@@sforzando Thank you! Love labmuffinbeauty! I do know that the base doesn't give enough SPF and I do wear additional sunscreen, but, the base is sufficient coverage when I am at home. :)
I will say it again, I have used a lot of toners and I love the dokdo toner.💗💗💗 I have dry skin so I follow with the HaruHaru essence💕💕the Anua serum works great too.
I agree. I love Aestura’s moisturizer and Jung Saem Mool’s Radient cushion. I have been using Jung Saem Mool’s cushion for years. I disliked the global oil cleanser and snail mucin. The snail mucin did nothing for my skin in regards to moisturizing. I look forward to trying the lip balm you recommended.
i can say with 100% guarantee the ANUA niacin serum works! ive used two bottle and my hyperpigmentation/sun damage has cleared SO much; as well as acne scars heal way faster.. it has a balanced amount of alpha arbutin-which has helped with texture alot-as well as the ethyl ascorbic acid, which is known to be a very efficacious and stable vitamin c source!! its packed with good ingredients!!
We should remember every skin is different and we need to use the product at least one / two month to see or not to see effects. Skin care is a marathon not a sprint. It took me a bit of time to find my perfect products and stil trying 😊
I definitely prefer the Dokdo toner to the Anua because it automatically feels so moisturizing. I like the Anua serum and the Goodal serum too (I use both in my routine right now). I love the Beplain cleanser! And I agree with you about the eye cream, but I actually use both the BOJ and AHC in my routine (BOJ at night, and AHC in the morning becuase it is a great base for my undereye makeup). 비디오 올려주셔서 감사합니다. 새해 복 많이 받으세요!

Ok thanks for your review 😊. Now my review 😅 toner right now I am using is instree green tea toner and beauty of joseon rice milk toner. Beauty of joseon rice milk toner is really good for oily combination skin . Toner pad i am using is marry and may naicinamide vitamin c toner pad. It's ok but doesn't give that much glow. Oil cleanser i am using is Seoul 1988 and it's very good to remove heavy make up. 😊 Before I used Missha cushion foundation and right now using clio cushion kill cover 😊. Lenavige sleeping lip mask is awesome mine is almost going to finish. Sheetmask I am using torreden. Beauty of joseon rice honey mask is also good. Beauty of joseon suncream was too oily for my skin. I have not tried the new aqua sunscreen but I will try soon. 😊 I love korean skin products 😊. I have the Korean cushion she mentioned and I love it. I typically wear a light to light medium neutral foundation but I bought the medium shade in the cushion and it’s a perfect match. Highly recommended. (For reference I’m 53yo with good skin that leans dry.)
I mean it makes sense why TirTir they know they can’t compete with Korean popular cushion so they aim the Jp market then they aim global by doing so many shades - which is very smart.
Hello love💕 Tirtir is a brand created by a beauty influencer, and it seems that listening to customer reviews and accepting them actively is a factor in its success. The red cushion was first created because Koreans asked for a cushion that doesn't get on masks during COVID-19. In Korea, where people don't wear masks anymore, we don't need that matte products anymore, but they fit well in humid Japanese weather.👍 As you said, it was very smart to launch an additional color as foreigners responded.
HNY Darling!!! I love your energy sooo much, it's so positive! 🥰btw. this year I bought Stylevana Advent Calendar and I like it a lot, what do you think about its products? 😍
CYoung-shi!!!! I'm 37 so my skin is now in need of more and I need a new oil cleanser because my favourite went out of stock forever 🥲I want to try Manyo now. And i come back for tips for tropical weather because i go to 1 month vacation to Bali and need skincare that works there too (in my country is now winter and i need more so all i have is heavy in tropical weather). I'll follow you very closely to get more good advice!!
I just just came back from Bali and the heat, sunscreen, and chlorine made my skin so sensitised and sore. Purito serum was a saviour! It feels so simple but with consistent use over a couple of days, really helped. In Bali I also highly rate the Raw Facial at Spring Spa. If you have dry or dehydrated skin I found the Manyo oil drying and made my cheeks dry and tight, so Manyo possibly better for normal to oily skin. I rate Dr Althea grinding balm in the green tub... my two cents..
@ thank you!! It really helps! I’m looking for some items to take with me (moisturiser and cleanser) so I really appreciate it!! My skin normally reacts but I also sweat from my face and I know I’ll be wearing a lot of sunscreen. I’ll try a different oil maybe the centella skin 1004 then. And a lightweight moisturiser for the nighttime. What did you use night time? Thank you again.
@@IntentionalB I sweat a lot from my face too. At night I used VT PDRN serum to repair and soothe. I find VT PDRN really helps repair and soothe my skin, as well as firm and reduce pores. It's way too humid in Bali to use anything much on your face aside from sunscreen, as I just sweat everything off the moment I step out of air con into the street. I barely used a cleanser because I was in the water so much. Although my face was sweaty it didn't clog pores... So just a more matte sunscreen so it stayed on my face as much as possible, and then VT at night. If I could get the Raw Facial at Spring Spa more than once i would do so!
Hi can I use a cleansing oil even if I’m NOT taking makeup off , Hence my face will be bare? And do you think I shouldn’t use a wash off oil everyday? My skin is age 52 normal, Sometimes sensitive, combo skin sometimes Dry but NOT oily Thanks
Hello love! No problem with using cleansing oil on bare face. Then what for? At least I put sunscreen everyday, so I use oil cleanser to remove that. But without sunscreen, you can use oil but that'll be only for melting down blackheads and whiteheads.
Jung sael mool cushion made me break out so badly and makes my skin itchy as I have sensitive combination skin. Can you recommend a cushion that would've better?
