Please why is it that whenever I comb, it does comb smoothly,,it will then seem as if the cake is peeling, what is the cause? And how do I use the comb properly?

For the butter cream i used 😂123g of butter with 500g of icing after mixing it i put it in the piping nylon but it was not coming out well I guess it was not soft enough how do i sort that out
I just want to say something I use my stand mixer to cream my butter icing but with a paddle attachment it comes out very fine but mix on a low speed like speed 2 pls try it if u can it won’t disappoint u pls trust me

If you want it to dry out use 250 to 300 for 1kg
