The mercury was pretty common in Canada , but I have heard there's a premium on them in the states Never thought about the blackwood What was in my mind were ones like Hudson , Studebaker, reo , Peirce-arrow There are likely more of the obscure ones that I'm missing , which is what I wanted
I’ve always wanted a Sky Ranger as I’m a Ranger fan. We currently own our 4th Ranger. It’s a 2011 XLT super cab 4WD with the 4.0L V6, 5spd automatic transmission, limited slip differential. It has custom 2 tone paint, (factory Silver over Red metallic). Custom interior, Red with black trim and stitching, custom pinstripes, custom wheels, running boards, rear adjustable air shocks, dashboard cover, window vents. A LineX spray in bed liner, tonneau cover. Before adding a K&N cold air intake and a 3” FlowMaster exhaust system, I was getting 19mpg on the highway with the cruise control set on 75mph. I’m now getting 23mpg. Next will be a bug shield, chrome door handles, and rear view mirror caps. It looks showroom new. The truck is mainly used for work around our property. I baby the pickup. It has only 36K miles. I change the oil and filter every 6 months, (which is about 1K to 1,500 miles) with Valvoline full synthetic motor oil. I back flush the radiator add new antifreeze and bleed the brakes every 3 years . I had the front and rear differential, transfer case and transmission fluid changed at 30K miles. The tires are Cooper Discoverer A/T. Every 5K miles the tires are rotated. It sounds Great and looks Great and hauls Ass if needed. I’ve never ran out of 4th gear as the governor kicks in at 110mph while it still hasn’t up shifted into 5th gear. I normally drive it 5mph over the limit, so it normally runs at 65mph around our area and 75mph on the highway / freeway. While driving through Montana, the cruise is set on 85mph. At our age this will be the Last pickup we’ll ever own.
Wow! great to hear everything in details from you☺️. And Yeah, Sky Ranger was really special. And 17 only made. It's sad that ford never approved it for mass production🙁
@@top.intel0 I agree that Ford missed the mark on the Sky Ranger. Now it will become a Collector pickup. I’d like to find a Regular Cab 2011 Ford Ranger so I can yank the engine out and drop in a 302 V8. I know I’d have to change out the transmission and rear end as well but it would be a Blast for an old duffer like myself
How about the Cadillac and Lincoln trucks of the late 70s and the 1959 Pontiac el Catalina, Pontiac's version of an el Camino, I think they made 3 of them. Now that is rare.
Was hoping to see more rare trucks , not rare paint jobs on ordinary trucks
How about a mercury pick up?, or the Lincoln Blackwood?
Umm.. what?

@@toddaulner5393 they even had Plymouth pick ups
That doesn't describe a single truck in this video. All had unique engine and/or equipment options at the very least.
I don't have any of those but I was lucky enough to get my hands on a 88 Suzuki Samurai that's getting hard to find now days 😅
There's several trucks in there I never knew existed, and I thought I knew everything LOL good video!
Thanks☺️ Keep Supporting This Channel!
MY mate's got a dodge ram Texas edition the most beautiful truck in the world 👍 cheers Stephen 🤠⭐🦅🦅
The CJ10 IS COOL.
Indeed Cool!😅
The Dale Earnhardt truck was the only one that really got me.
Those were a disgrace to his name.

Boy, they could have done so much more.
IH pickup, Ford Durango( not a typo… 1979-82 based on the Grenada, so more of a Ute than a truck but, still)
I miss 😢 my S10
Was hoping to see the Mercury M100 and Plymouth Trail Trailduster in this list
And There's more. Another video on "Most Rare Pickups" is in progress☺️
I’ve got a 96 ram with an aftermarket step side built by centurion conversions outta Texas, only seen two other ones, anyone heard of them?

Yup, One video is not enough for all these trucks. I'll try to make another video including these trucks
I thought that the black dodge step sides were called Warlocks
Dodge made midnight express as well as the warlock and lil red express
Clickbait thumbnail wasn’t in the video brah
Last one wasn't factory production shouldn't have been there
Chevrolet 1500hd qaudrasteer
Sounds somewhat A.I. generated. 👎
What do you mean by "AI Generated"? Every single information was taken from internet (By searching many websites and gathering info)
@@top.intel0 it seemed very monotone with very little inflection.
Ok so you mean the voice I used. Right? Will change the voice in next videos
excluding the icon brand i was left indifferent to all the trucks. nothing special here
