Sultan Haitham City project Mega development set to transform Muscat's urban landscape
Spanning across 5 million square meters, phase one of the Sultan Haitham City project will become a vibrant hub accommodating over 39,000 residents. With more than 7,000 residential units, the city promises a modern and sustainable living environment.
Key features of the Project
The project encompasses a diverse range of facilities catering to various aspects of community life. Some of the features include a central park, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions. Moreover, the establishment of a government university and the College of Advanced Technology underscores the project’s commitment to fostering academic excellence.
Sultan Haitham City will include a 20,000 sqm youth center, a rehabilitation center for people with special needs, and a complex of government schools, accommodating 6,900 students. It will also include an international private school, four health centers, a police station, and a civil defense center.
