Don't underestimate human technological advancement. we compound on top of technology and there is exponential growth. It took us less time to go from a sword to a gun than it took us to go from a rock to a bow. We are nearing the end of the computer era and robot technology is at its high so this doesn't seem to far fetched in my opinion

What I like about your description that differs from the others regarding the Neom project builds is how you clearly defined their locations and show at the same time as you explain their locations & expressed views and insights to the projects in their current stage. Thanks for being clear and concise , it makes more sense as you speak of The Gulf of Aqaba. Additionally, I posted the following points of view on other Neom projects videos.
I am one who believes in humanity, moving forward and growth and opportunities for everyone. The architectural display of these projects are beautiful no doubt, simple, simply beautiful. By the time these projects come to fruition, the world may be different with various changes in thought because of generational changes which may impact new ways of thinking. Let’s hope that it is truly positive, supportive, and for the greater good. If this happens, one can only hope that others meaning, the less fortunate will also have better opportunities. Obviously, this is not for every class, but can help promote the lives of those who may be assisting in the making of such beautiful structures that may be the inspiration for a new world.

I’d say that I’m a humanist, quite fond of the human ability to change and grow.
However, it’s naïve to assume that NEOM will do little good but be an asset for the wealthy. Any rich person can build something impressive, however only a few can - and have - done good for humanity.

None of these megalomaniac pipe dreams are made for normal people. If you don't own a 20m yacht, you won't be allowed there. And we know that trickle down theory is a lie. Nothing good will come out of these things It's a nightmarish vision of humanity. They show the shiny side, but hide the reality, which is all this money should be used to empower the people and isn't.

I usually aint really a fan of modern futuristic projects but this one is honestly pretty interesting. No one lives there anyway because its a desert so these projects at least bring life to a very lifeless desert. They also look so unreal compared to other lame projects. Shadli al-Huwaiti was the brother of Abdul Rahim al-Huwaiti, who was shot dead by security forces in April 2020 in his home in Al-Khariba, in the part of Tabuk province earmarked for NEOM, after he posted videos on social media opposing the displacement of local residents to make way for the project.

Right, so these projects seem to indicate that the Line will never be built, just as expected. (And that's a good thing). They are designed to make us forget about the already failed megalomaniac project. At least some of these hotels are completely feasible so they *could* be built. The problem is, who is going to go there ? All these projects are designed for the superrich, that's why there is no life around them. The super rich expect to be separated from the rest of the world. These projects show how the leaders of Saudi Arabia live: separated from the plebe. So if they design these hotels only for the super rich, they are not going to create any economy at all.

Yes, It would indeed be crazy to think any of these CGI renders will ever actually amount to much of anything. Take a look at how many of these current arab mega-boondoggles are doing. And when I say 'mega' I mean projects that are costly yes, but, still not on a particularly large scale. The track record is not impressive. Bottom line, the arabs will keep building expensive luxury resorts and the like, until they no longer can. These impractical arab cities designed for the ultra wealthy, if they ever materialize, will be like dubai. Pointless parodies of modernity, built built with slave labor.

Transforming desert projects to urbanization process is not easy today, but similar to Venus and Mars terraformization, both of them are different aspects of world-building projects.

I really hope that these projects are actually achieved at some point, but thinking logically, they probably won’t all happen before 2030, if at all. It’s a really cool thing to hope for, though.

There will never be enough demand for this, especially in Saudi Arabia. It isn't going to become a tourist mecca just because they built a few megaprojects designed to cater to the wealthy.

First off, congrats on growth of the channel and good move on the name rebranding, as I always felt Top Luxury was a little cringy and as stated, didn’t fully describe the content. It will be interesting to see how these projects progress over the next few years, but like others have commented, not much talk about the infrastructure. Perhaps you can do some investigative reporting on that aspect.
