Damn! I just did all this work setting my HT in my small room with the HT2150ST and now I just find out about this! It is the "Official", replacement to the HT2150ST, the only thing disappointing with this new model is that it has the same 2200 ANSI lumens which is a real shame.
Had my eye on this projector, I think you're the very first person to get their hands on it (at least on youtube). Can you confirm availability? I think it's available November 16th, not October 16th as stated in the video?
Was s choice between this and the BenQ 2710i for myself ended up going with the 2710 no replaceable lamp was a major turn off and it being Short throw just wouldn't of worked in my space had the tk700 before this it catched fire then the rma unit the hdmi port died on it and killed my avr HDMI port so yeh be careful with BenQ
hey - did you see some screen tear on projector while playing fast fps games. I only play COD and I wanted to buy oled but seeing this feels magical. So what do you think should I go with a 65 inch C4 oled or this projector is ok. I don't play competitive just casual. 2-3 hrs gamins cod or watching movies/tv shows after office everyday. I was only going towards oled bcz I think they will be smoother bcz of vrr and alllm. but does it make a big difference?
Have you tried any Laser projectors. I wouldn't bother with the lamp/bulb ones anymore unless its about pricing. But you can get reasonable laser projectors under $2k.
The 4LED projectors like this are on par with the laser products and don't have the laser speckle. The triple laser ones do have incredible color gamut but aren't perfect.
Do you think this would handle watching movies in a good visually way. I was thinking of getting the x3100i but the throw ratio is kinda swaying towards buying this model instead. Do you think the 2200 ansi lumes is bright enough if just using in a dark environment ?
Unfortunately Keystone adds lag to gaming anyway. You might be interested in the x300g though. Only $100 more than the x500i. It has autofocus, autokeystone and optical zoom. Including the same low input lag. Only silly thing is they didn't include a headphone jack.
@@overnightdelivery hm ok I use autokeystone on my xgimi horizon pro 4k when gaming and the input lag is not noticably higher.. and I am sensitive to input lag, can‘t play without game mode enabled for example..
Tell me you're watching gimped 4K contents without telling me. Everybody: Hulu, Disney+, Netflix. Bro throw everything labled 4K in your house away. Get a Bluray player, then we can talk.
The projector will go on sale on 11/3, I just got that info directly from BenQ
wow....he's very good at speaking, looks like he enjoys it a lot. he speaks at a fast pace but you can hear every single word crystal clear
Makes me rethink my home theater setup. Would definitely love a 100inch tv that isn’t over 2k😊
Dude I’ve been waiting for a projector capable of this for ages

Good video, it's a nice projector for 2k, i thought it should have HDMI 2.1 for that price, (although does the job nicely), great review ✌️
100" thats a rookie number :) pump those numbers up!
Im using the benq w1800i. Love benq projectors for gaming/movies.

I'm poor and British. $1700 is already a no go for me. But it looks fabulous.
I'll stick with what I have.
i recently got the acer gd711, it and its little brother the gd712 are the only projectors i can find that support vrr
Hey bud, did Elgato send you one of the prompters? If so, did you receive a discount code? I plan to buy one but would prefer to support you first.
No and their website says they aren't accepting new partners at the time 😕
@@GamerHeavenOfficial I just ordered one that you can borrow for a video if you don’t plan on getting one.

Did anybody else see a hand on the mic at the beginning of the video?

You could easily have a super bright 150 inch screen with 2200 Lumens
What?? no auto keystone on a 2024 over 1k beamer? Damn, I almost decided to buy that one :/

@@cokakada1189 Must be a pretty minimal increase then. At least with the Xgimi you have.
@@overnightdelivery certainly! I wonder how it behaves with Autokeystone with the BenQ..
Can you review MOBAPADS controller? There is one model with mechanical buttons, wireless, back buttons and hall effect joysticks.
