Yep , the Poms are the ones who get the IRB to change the rules all the time , they can`t win against Southern Hemisphere teams , maybe because they are so weak , but they hate getting thrashed by Africa , Aussie , NZ and Pacifica , so they get the rules changed which makes the game softer for them .

man, i was waiting the whole game for the manu to run out of gas. even in the last minnit, i was still worried that the manu would run out of gas even though we were ahead by more than a converted try. i was like that because i got used to the fact samoa couldn't hold a good performance for 80 minnits.this has happened in previous games which samoa could/should have won, such as england rwc 2003, england again in 2007 and wales 2009.
When u play Samoa, your gonna feel it after the game. Samoans are known for that. Its better to rest your best players when you play Samoa, or else you'll starters will be too tired and won't have the stength to compete against the best in the world.
@ChelseaFC4life24 Actually the NZ Maori have multiple international scalps, Last year they took out England and Ireland, in 2005 they defeated the British and Irish Lions, they've only lost four out of 26 games since 1994 and when they played in the Pacific Nations Cup in 2008 they took it out which effectively blows your theory out of the water.

If the PM of Samoa has any integrity left in him, he should re-instate Schwalger ASAP and clean up the rot in the team. I believe if the 2011 rugby squad played a friendly- say with the All Blacks, (as a fundraiser of some sort) and if they corrected the small mistakes they made in the WC, they would cause an upset.

This is exactly what i thought. The issue of dissapearing money and the scheduling to allow countries that are not in top tier to rest as everyone else. ie 7days, I am sure samoa would have defeated south africa and even wales.
