Wil, I like the 2x/week squat routine here. I think that most WL programs prescribe too much squatting. One question, why do you squat before the Push Press? I feel this could diminish leg strength that would be needed in the Push Press.
Yes I like 2x a week squatting for 4 day athletes. Quite simply...Squats are a higher priority than push press for the simple fact that they are a driver of all 3 lifts (sn, cl, jerk) where as push press is only a driver of the jerk.
Where does sn grip press, OHS and snatch balance come in the picture here? Also only 1 day for cl or sn pulls is quite little for beginners since usually they cannnot pull that much?
Well since you're way above us regular hacks who jus lifting for fun then you better add in your own sn balenz reps since you're gonna be in da Olympics
