    Nice I watched this at 3 views. Keep up the good work! I deleted instagram and fb and WhatsApp and started listening to self help as I work (sew) physical work keeping my limbs busy which helps a lot with my anxiety disorder because I don’t fiddle with my skin (scratching)

Deleting social media apps and replacing them with self-help resources while staying physically active through sewing is an excellent approach.
