I remember sitting in a small coffee shop...I had an appointment to speak with you about my momma and her art. Your story touches me and gives me a gratitude. My momma died with vascular dementia. I loved my mother so much but because she suffered with mental illness and dementia is was not a typical mother daughter relationship. I moved to be closer to her and it was not easy bc she thought I was here to harm her BUT God heard my prayers and cries and allowed me to love on her and have a very sweet loving meaningful relationship her last year of life. She was the momma I knew was deep inside her soul. He gave a taste of sanity. ty. April
