Just finally finished up with your whole series and caught up just now. Been watching the last couple of months. I’m in the DFW area and I’m about to start it as well after watching your videos. I’m getting things lined up and probably will have to flip by Christmas and I have my first wholesale deal. I’m signing the contract on tomorrow.
@@grounduphouseflipping we have a project in Buffalo New York. We only paid 30k for the property where the original house burned down. There was only a property left in the back, which had gotten a little bit decayed because of the weather conditions we got letters from the city taking us to court asking us to fix the place we fix the roof now we're getting more letters. We're about to fix the siding, but it sucks cause we didn't buy this property with any time constraints, but once they found out some new owners bought it from California, they're acting like it needs to be renovated. Has been looking like crap for 20 years. So much pressure .. we plan to take out a hard money loan for about 60 K to do the renovations and then you know the BRRR method subsequently
love what you're doing bro. I'm a Handyman and I'm working on doing the same thing here in St Pete, However I'm completely new but knows my city. Need a lil help to do what i love doing
You haven’t seen the previous videos of the house. This house was struck by lightning, had an attic fire, which allowed a ton of water and rain to come in, which led to mold all over the place. Water damage all down stairs.
hahah i was like damn we had to tear the whole roof off replace all drywall downstair and in bonus room new carpet all new kitchen... but it wasnt a flip haha! thanks homie!
I got robbed twice on my flip too. The second time got them on video. They stole my appliences, damaged my door day before going live. I replaced them and got an offer the day after. It was a huge ass kicking.
@@AC-qo8oq damn. Sorry to hear about you getting robbed. Did it happen after the flip was finished? What market are you in? I’m in north and south California but recently got into the Iowa market.

This is beautiful Jackson! You guys did a great once again! Where did you get the flooring, if you don’t mind me asking?
The floors were already in the house when they bought it
Love your content. Quick question.
How do you find good sub contractors if you are not involved with a GC and you are self managing
Could you share that excel formula the guy from Spark Lending is using, that would be super useful. Thanks!
