Thank you for doing that Lisa! But with all the different mixtures you did there. I don't actually know what the last one was. I am sure you'll tell us again in a future video when you stop experimenting and just plain get back to blooms. I hope, because I'm sorry it was all just too much info overload for my slow brain. I love the very last one the best.
What everyone that isn’t in Canada needs to realize is that it works different in the states and in Las Vegas for sure. I do love how you show us so much. You’re a great teacher.
Waste are time you are kidding I could watch you all day I appreciate you and all your hard work trying to figure out what is best mix You are the queen of the bloom and figure out so we save money what more could we ask for I love you 💕
Hi - thank you for doing these experiments for us. I live in Las Vegas and the Behr 8300 was no longer being sold here by the time I finished up what I was using and went for the change. So I’ve been using the Dynasty for a while now but not with the triple thick. I’m going to give that a try. Thank you again I love your videos! Any chance there will be another Cooking with Lisa Marvin video soon? I’ve made your chili recipe several times now! Yum! 😊
Thank you Lisa! I am new but have been watching you for 3 months, like you're my official professor 😂. I was hoping you would have an update on this. I'm going to try the last combo you used but I'm still gonna wait till you decide which is your fav before I buy anything else. I'm ready to really start painting. I've been in class with you and I feel ready.❤ thank you for all your time and talent. You've really inspired me and kept me giggling and made the learning fun. Time is NEVER wasted with you😊
Perfect timing! 👍😃This is the experiment I was going to do today, but you do it soooo much better! I have four cans of the new runny 8300 and luckily I don’t see the word primer on it anywhere. I did a little test and it matches the clarity of the old 8300. One of my main questions was do you need the JoSonja and yep, I guess you do! Your test turned out beautiful, but I also think I like the Dynasty test better! I will be using my 8300 for a long time, since I have it, but may someday change to Dynasty. You are my favorite kick ass scientist!!! Thank you! ❤️
Well done experiment! Thanks for the investment of your time and resources. I just tried my old 8300 with just varathane (no Jo) and had terrible cracking along the lines where there was CA. Ugh! My experiments don’t go so well.
The 8153 is the replacement for the 8300 I believe bc that's what I had to start using when our Home Depot suddenly stopped carrying the 8300. I actually really like it. The pieces I've already done haven't dried any differently thank God & I actually like that it's slightly thinner bc I don't have to add as much Jo Sonja.
Hi, Lisa! I keep replaying but I'm confused. I think you showed that the Dynasty (by itself) was ok to disperse the pigments, with nothing else added as your PM? And the tube paints....? I'm not clear on that. What was the final mix which worked best: Dynasty + Triple Thick or, Dynasty with Jo Sonja, or Dynasty with both of those polyurethanes? Thank you, if you have time to confirm or tell me your final conclusion, I would REALLY appreciate it!!! And, thank you for wasting all of these products while experimenting for all of us! It is TRULY appreciated by all of your fans! Susan H. in Virginia
Love your channel Lisa! You’re so creative and your art is so beautiful. This is another great experiment. Thanks for sharing! Curious if the 8300 combos brightened up at all after they dried?
Pouring medium the last one was Behr Dynasty and paints and Jo Sonja? What was the recipe for your colors again? Was it Jo Sonja and TLP, Jo Sonja tube, Fluid paint what was the mixture? Also what paint were you using for your pillow. I haven’t found one that pillow thick like yours. Lisa thank you so much for your videos. I am glad I have you in the present time. ❤❤
I'm glad I watched this video. I was going to purchase Behr 8300 on my next trip to the big city. I will try the Behr dynasty. For your cell activator, do you ever use American flowtrol?

You said you had mixed it in the previous video Dynasty and the polyurethane and dragna {not sure what that was supposed to be lol. What was the polyurethane and dragna ?
Your new 8300 isn't the same as in the US which is 8153 (paint plus primer) which sucks because I'm still trying to get a good mix with the 8153 since the Dynasty is so much more. But, that's life. Your new 8300 looks thicker than in the US.

We own a painting and construction small business so we do get a discount on paints🙌🏼 that way I can afford the Bher Dynasty
Thank you for sharing this video but dynasty is so expansive😊
Hey Lisa, can you tell me the number of the Bher Dynasty that you use I’m hoping it’s the same number in the states

My pillow was sherwin Williams colour to go :) the last one was with varathene triple thick and josonja
@@lisamarvinart thank you Lisa for getting back to me so quickly. I will see if they.have the varathene triple thick in the states here.
Yes, I was wondering, also.
What number is the dynasty you use?
Agreed, the Dynasty is much better 😢 Sadly, it’s so expensive!
Dynasty better very helpful 8300 good too with josonah thank you😊
Thank you too!
I was never able to get just 8300 it is deep base 2-8300. It is thick though
The Dynasty is soo much better 😊
Yes!
Oh sweet baby Jesus I'm so confused. LOL You did great but all these ingrediencies has my head spinning. 🤪
Tienes unos pulmones de Soprano. 🥰
😂
Hello🎉😂 bher dynasty
Does Josonja beat Polycrylic as a varnish? It’s just that the Josonja is soo expensive!
I do prefer it, but if you like it, keep using it! I’m just very picky 😂
😂 I bet you can stay underwater a long time. You have some good lungs.

Ya I heard that :(
No real contest. Behr Dynasty 100%.
Dynasty is better.
