OMG!!! I used to laugh saying to myself “I’d love to see Lisa & Kanella together… they are so opposite is how they paint!” But the one thing you ladies have the same… Talent! Art is so darn cool! Even when opposites get together… it still works! And I love you both and your channels. So this video was exactly what I needed after a very long stressful day (my dad is back in the hospital… it’s been a long 2 months). ❤️💙💜🧡💚

This video is absolutely priceless! Not only it’s fun to watch you two, but the two masterminds working together on bloom technique with so much info for all kinds of levels makes it so much more valuable! Hugs to you both, hurray to our Canadian artists!

Lisa and Kanella - I've posted this to both your channels. Thank you both so much. Lisa for being the teacher we all love and adore. Kanella for being wonderful and an amazing student. I know you will break it all down to measured weights of product which will give a great baseline. This was so indepth and was so nice to have the full run through. We can never have too many lessons for blooms! Most of all it was so fun to watch you two and just what I needed. I've been in a slump with blooming and this helped reinvigorate me! Hope you taped the Dutch pour lesson for Lisa too!

It's a Twofer! You two ladies have no idea how much you have changed my life. You and a handful of other artists not only molded me into a fluid artist, but also gave me the courage to take some abstract courses. I have always wanted to paint abstracts, am I'm loving it, but I won't forget my first love, and all the wonderful people in this community. You two ladies rock your genres, and this vid was so fun! Think I'll go do a pour.

Lovely to see you both together! Kind of like two for the price of one😄. If I can manage a trip there, will you both be kind enough to give me a short class? That will be like dream come true. I am a newbie & have been having some good ones. So I graduated from D to C these days. Love both your individual expertise 👏🏼👏🏼(Btw when I say a trip, am talking from India)

Lisa, you already taught me to paint my hair which I no longer rush to wash out, I just reach for the scissors. All of my night clothes are painted and I am an expert at putting my boobs in the paint.
You have no idea what a neat freak with OCD I was. You set me free. My husband looks at me like I was switched by Aliens but he likes this me.
You and Kanella together were good and fun. Now I have to go and see if Kanella’s video is different. Thank you.❤

You guys crack me up. Still just like 5 minutes in. So far, I think I put too much color on my pillow. I’ve had Shelee’s course for over a year and a half, but just tried it a few days ago. I’ve only done 4, 2 at a time, on 4” stretched canvases. I have found the blowing easier than the swipe, but I like the swipe so much better. These are gorgeous you two. Thank you for this.

@Lisa Marvin Art, what do you think of Behr Premium Plus 7050 interior satin enamel, satin finish, ultra pure white for a pillow? Had some Glidden, base 3, satin finish to make my own pillows, which I have, but it’s so dang thin that it turned me off of Glidden. Got it cause it was cheaper than the Behr. Satin finish only for pillows. I do use the 8300 for PM. Also do you think there’s a difference between satin and eggshell as far as how the colors ‘slide’ over it? And you do know that there are free pour spouts for those Behr lids. You pick them up at the paint counter.

Lisa!!! Thank so much for this. Very informative! I went straight to Sherwin Williams when I got off work yesterday and got the white Color 2 Go and Anchors Away! I can't wait to try them. I'm in the states and still can't bring myself to purchase the Aus Floetrol but I'm going to see what I can get with this and my US Floetrol recipe. I've been scared to attempt the bloom for 3 years, but after watching this, I think it's my time! 🤞

This was such a helpful video! I have been doing blooms but having issues. I think my pillow is too thin which is problem number one. Also I think my CA is actually too thin looking at your consistency. Plus waiting a minute for it to sink may help my issue where I get the cells, and lacing but they disappear on me once I spin.

Try wearing dark color gloves, just once, and open a pigment jar, like you do, very carefully and gently and watch as the particles quickly get all over those gloves. Pigment never dissolves, it makes a suspension in the varnish. And since it never dissolves, it never goes away once it lands somewhere in your respiratory system.

You guys are too funny. Love the video, and how helpful it is. But I just love the whole clean vs messy thing. And I know you guys do need to mention the companies, but it was so funny. I know you weren't meaning to do it, but that was sort of like a little competition too. 'You can do this with Lolivefe', or 'these come from Fluid Art Co'. Don't get me wrong it wasn't done so much it was annoying, just like oh she mentioned that, so I need to mention this. Sooooo Fun and helpful. Can't wait to watch the Dutch Pour one, where the shoe is on the other foot, with who is teaching who. Can't believe this has been sitting as an open tab on my computer for so long before I watched it. You are both paint pouring stars!

I am in California and cannot get the Behr 8300 But, I can get the Behr Dynasty Deep Base Advanced Stain Repellency semi-gloss enamel and it works just as well, I got it at Home Depot.
