Before They do that, They need to Correct the Mistake They made at the End of 'Picard': Enterprise G is Eclipse Class, Not the Bastardized Neo-Constitution Class; The Ship Seven of Nine Commands is still the Titan-A.
Problem with the Eclipse class is the fact that it was never really in media and more or less fan created. Neo-Constitution class is more or less "Canon" due to its onscreen appearance, and the updated throwback of the beloved constitution was certainly done very well.
When they make an "Enterprise" its always the flagship of the mext class. Also, the continuity of the Enterprise is not "earned" as you claimed it was with the "G". Once the first Enterprise earned its reputation, the first ship made in the next class that was a flagship was named "Enterprise"
History isn't forgetting the name Enterprise at all - Star Trek Strange New Worlds portrays the 1701 USS Enterprise ship (the one with the 60 year on screen TV and feature film history) and crew very well. As for 'Legacy' - No thanks. Terry Matalas handling of S2 of Picard was utterly forgettable and while S3 is TNG nostalgia on steroids; the story (gee the Borg...AGAIN) fell apart and they even undid the one great scene from Picard S2 (Q's death) between Picard and Q. So yeah, not sad to hear Terry Matalas has moved on to other non projects. Nice to see they "Made Him Go..."
I’m all for a ‘Legacy’ show. But renaming the Titan (which was only named dropped for fan service) the Enterprise was fan service to the Nth degree and wholly unnecessary.
That's a big NO from me, imo they should get a proper starship as the Enterprise for Legacy, that "G" did not earn or deserve to be called an enterprise, an Enterprise needs to be a capital ship, one that shows not just latest tech and firepower but size too, the "G" should be more along the lines of the mighty "Eclypse" class.
I agree, but some parts of Picard season 3 were better. Discovery was terrible, and NO ONE wants the Section 31 movie. I agree, but they have a chance to return to what Star Trek has always been.

I'm worried about the Enterprise-F, the Enterprise-G came too fast, too early.

Absolutely Necessary 😂

I understand your point, I would prefer if the ship was called USS Legacy
Nope!
About 4% of trek fans want that woke trek the rest of us dont

Woke is the Way of The Universe, Homer; And If You don't like it,Then turn in Your Trekkie Card right now.
Considering how many times Legacy trended on social media I don’t think that’s true 😂
No thanks! The Picard series is a stain on the memory of TNG and all of the beloved characters.
