I'm pretty sure I'm in the minority here but I have always my entire life hated the crawls at the beginning of Star wars movies

Not bad. Needs a little work, but not too bad at all.

Very good and beautifully edited together with great music. But you spelled JOURNEY wrong. You left out the U.

That would have made for a very cool opening, but Micahtron is right, the crawl needs some work.

They cheated by using a left over camera from the epsilon 9 after the cloud it just lingers on and on like the voyager probes

I like this better than the actual movie

That opening crawl kinda gives away too much of the plot. A for effort though!

I like it. But what always bothered me about the movie was "no ships available". I mean " Yes, Admiral. I realize there's a huge cloud of destructive energy destroying everything in its path on it's way to Earth! But these gaseous anomalies aren't gonna record themselves!"
