the doors are actually a pretty good counter to the twin gs especially if you have "poise" ps when i found out that the wolf ring +3 added 4 poise i was so mad
SALT It adds by a sort of percentage. Pretty much, the more poise you have, the less poise things give you. So heavy armor + wolf ring is ineffective, but lighter armor gets more out of it.
Crazy that even radahn's twin greatswords aren't as absurd as this monster. Then again, everyone would probably spam jump heavy if they could in ds3 like they can now.

Demon's Scar is paper. Giant Door Shield has pretty bad fire defense, and of course these swords are going to destroy anyone using something that isn't these swords.
Timothy E. Although the Scar does let you do some pyromancy with it which would probably be great for outranging people trying to use the swords. (Can't speak for it, never used it)
I always felt like the second L1 should've been parryable, that probably would've made it a balanced weapon. Even from the start.. The swords are 1-handed after all, it would make sense.

After the last DLC dropped the playerbase slowly left and only the diehard mega 2000h on average sweatplayers dominated PvP. I know because i was (sadly) one of them. They had a counter for every weapon (for this its any weapon with a poise weaponart...) and they switched weapons mid battle, usually never started a fight with 3 different weapons in their offhand. Invasions 4v1 spammers This PvP was NOT easy i tell you.

Everything thats slower than a Straight Sword immediately send you to a grave. Not to mention so many hackers... Im so glad Elden Ring removed the stunlock feature. The only reason most people died to this extremely slow weapon was the L1 stun. You could barely escape it without using poise. Lets just hope this means we wont see horrible meta weapon scenes like in this video never again.
