    I put the Ganopper on my GT about a year ago! No problems with it, I like the 1x8 range. The IXF has a better appearance without the big logo but that is a minor cosmetic issue

    • @WOLFTICKVIDEOS
      @WOLFTICKVIDEOS  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey oscar appreciate it brother, now it's all about the alignment with the cassette. You want the chainring to align with the middle of the cassette, meaning the chain will align that way as well. After adding a spacer on the bottom bracket sometimes the only choice is to mount on the inside depending on the cassette size and the frame design. Thanks man and hope to see you FRIDAY! Don't use a hammer on your bb removal. You'll and up breaking your threads. If it's locking up, get some lube on it and use a cheater bar on your wrench. And offcourse, make sure you're turning in the right direction before using the cheater bar. Also I like to grease the crank shaft, but I'm not sure if you're supposed to.

    • @sikbrik
      @sikbrik 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Depends on if you have a 68mm or 73mm bottom bracket tube on the bike. I typed it backwards the first time. For 68, you usually add 2 spacers on drive side and 1 on non-drive side. Your's is probably 73mm so you did the correct thing with the one spacer. It's basically to make it 73mm wide even if you have a 68mm bike.

    Interesting to see how these cheap cranks hold up compared to cheap shimano cranks, I have had pedals fall off, twisted spider, even bent a race face chainring which is strong, but was mounted on M552 cranks which were weak only lasted few weeks. How long do you take on the cranks? For me it would cos too much to get aliexpress stuff. So I don't get any thing internally unless I have to. But I already have robust cranks. RF Atlas.

    • @WOLFTICKVIDEOS

      Yes. Amazon messed us over back in, I think April or so. They "so thoughtfully" cut down commissions right when covid hit and sent out emails patting themselves on the back about how great they are during the pandemic. We had a affiliate account with them and then they closed it, and we had to keep emailing them to get our money that they owed us. So after all of that you can probably guess that we try not to do too much business with them.
