Little Isaiah is the cutest child I've ever seen! OMG! This is the most amazing and wonderful family I've ever encountered. Thank you all so much for sharing your experiences with us! I learn so much. 💗💙💗💙💗
Great job family everything looks wonderful. I’ve never had Bolgogi would love to try making this. And I’m working on some dinner rolls over here today for the week. Thanks as always the joy of seeing you all and getting inspiration. Have a great week everyone. ❤
Your children are learning such invaluable life lessons not to mention life skills in this communal effort of meal prepping! I’m in awe of how respectful and joyfully willing everyone is. We’re a family of 6 and I wish I could go back-they’re ostensibly adults now and back then weren’t plant based. Kudos to you and Trey! May I suggest “Healthy Vegan Eating”with Jayant who has plant based ground meat and sausage alternative recipes that I believe have cleaner ingredients than Beyond Burger…Love your content!
Hi there friend, we are so glad you tuned in! Thank you so much for your love and kind words, we do try to teach these kids this very important skill! We will have to check out Jayant thank you for the recommendation.
Hi Rosa! Well done! When you do these meal plans, do you sit down with a pen and figure it all out in advance? Or is it all on the fly? I have to do this today but I want to make enough for at least four days because I’m doing some sewing projects for the next few days and I don’t want to stop and cook while I’m in craft mode 🙂 I think I will do that shepherds pie thingy. Looks yummmmm❤
Hi there Mary! Yes I do exactly this I get my list written down, I’ve been written my meal plan on a weekly meal plan calendar to fill in all the days of the week and once we’re done I can hang it on our fridge and the kids can see it laid out. I didn’t make everything that’s planned but I did cover most meals and gives me some room for days I feel like making something else
Just speaking for myself here . I adopted a WFPB diet a few years ago because of health reasons, like many people do. Gradually, over time have come to learn more and appreciate the environmental and animal rights aspects. I use the term vegan because people know what that means without my explaining. One is still saving a lot of animals if only plant based for health, especially raising a big family plant based and sharing how they do it on a budget. It makes it seem accessible to us all. How awesome is that! Not all of us feel comfortable proselytizing. Just like my religion, if anyone asks about it I will happily share, otherwise I choose not to. Essentially though ,we're all on the same team.🌱💚

Hopefully as you are using the term "Vegan" you show how to give a voice to the animals.
