Excellent video Mr. Jayaraman! Modern education makes us look down upon tried and tested lifestyle practices as unscientific, while pushing half baked and money generating chemicals in the name of modern science. Not just in India, everywhere in the world indigenous wisdom is downplayed or mocked, especially by the very people who should be practicing it!

5 rites is no joke.....im not aging like my peers. Hard to believe and yet it simply works. I was a lab rat for the DOD so doctors had nothing to offer me but these sample tricks makes all the difference in the world.

Really enjoyed this video. Thanks very much. When you have a problematic vagus nerve, you come to understand very deeply just how important the vagus nerve is. If I may suggest, electrolytes are very important for good communication along the vagus nerve. Magnesium is the most important, especially if you have heart rhythm problems due to vagus nerve dysfunction (doctor's wont tell you if your arrhythmia has to do with the vagus nerve). Don't go for just any magnesium; go for ionic magnesium. Ionic magnesium is truly bio-available, whereas the greater portion of other magnesium supplements are expelled from the body and cause some bowel urgency. Potassium is also very important. From what I have read, one large organic avocado per day gives you at least half of the magnesium you'll need. It also gives a lot of potassium and simply tastes great. But still go for the ionic magnesium if you have vagus nerve trouble. Also very helpful is a nice, natural fiber like organic psyllium husks. You'll be so glad you added it to your diet. And like the video mentioned, probiotics. Lots of them, and pre-biotics. Look up pre-biotics.

tyanite1 your suggestions are fully valid! Indeed most of us are deficient in magnesium and ionic magnesium is a great way to obtain what we need. Thanks!

shweta bindaas always do these things gradually and as per your own strength and ability. Ice cold baths are not for everyone. But many of us use hot water even in mild summers and that reduces immunity.
