Mahalo Tony for the video!! We are still up in the air about locations when we move but we have it narrowed down to either Hua Hin or Chiang Mai, but, at that price we might decide to rent in both locations.
Great Video! Appreciate the Map and graphics on screen. This seems like a good size and price for a modern apartment. Save a video on the ASTRA one bedroom apartment and it was tiny, tiny compared to this.
Nice, looks descent!! I do like the area.
this is gorgeous!!!
I appreciate your videos so much. We are in Thailand now but still watching and learning! Thank you!
Glad you like them!
Never was a fan of their one bedroom units. The older condos in Nimman like Hillside or Punna give you size for the same price. Good job Tony with the video.
Thanks for the condo tour, Tony. If there are clear skies can you see Doi Suthep from the balcony?
Hey Rob, I’m not sure. The only time I have been there is the smoky season. Hope you’re doing well!
Hey Tony, good video appreciate your time. i will be in Kanchanaburi looking for a rental.
I have been enjoying your channel and learning a lot. Can you tell me, do the condos with lots of amenities have an HOA fee to cover the cost for maintaining them?
Most of the time it is included in the rent price.
Does this property have a common area maintenance fee? Lately I have noticed more and more properties have this fee and the renter has to pay this on top of the rent, utilities and water.
You can contact the real estate agent. The link is in the description.
Keep in mind, noise of aeroplanes every 30 minutes...
Monthly or yearly?
Tony, I noticed this is 66 Property where Alice is your usual property agent. She shows a lot of units for sell so has she stopped with the rentals?
Are we still do stuff for Alice. We are just trying to do more real estate on the channel.
Condo pretty good have u been to bang saray film there from Scott new Zealand
I have not.
Is it per friendly, small dog?
You can ask the agent. There is a link in the description. 😊
