@@seanlawrence8951 nah not that much. The place on the bar where I wanted to fit it, the bar was too thin. But after putting some tape on that side to make it thicker it fit nicely.
@thecrow3461 if you're in Canada. Do keep an eye open for 2025 power tour demo rides. Chat with your local dealers and see if they may have any test units for you to get a feel for. Enjoy and thanks for the support and view.
Do you feel that the bike seats caused you to slide forward toward the tank? Are you satisfied with the throttle response? Does the throttle have a choppy on off feel? Thanks
@bfd3217 was way better than original fz07 along with mt09. Do go check thistore now as there is a new launch for the Mt07 happening right now here in North America!!! Big changes and all for the better too !
@chanceharkey8610 between mt07 and mt09 ? Tons of difference. First off the tech in the mt09 is lightyears ahead of mt07 which has none other then abs. Power to weight also big difference. Top speed for sure and just overall everything. If you had to choose between the two. If price and insurance is not at issue, hands down go with mt09 ! I have a the 2024 mt09 review uploading live tomorrow at noon.
It's not a super sport bike, so insurance should be cheap if your driving record is clean. For reference, for me, full coverage on a new mt09 is $49/month. It would be about 3x that amount for a R1
@str8slayn1 I'm guessing you're not in Ontario Canada ! Unfortunately so many riders are faced with outrageous insurance premiums to enjoy the motorcycle lifestyle!!!
Yamaha blue is too flat, black looks cheap on an already cheap and plastic tank. I got this one too because the paint has the most depth, and I plan to PC the wheels anyways
My quadlock fits on the bar. I did have to put some tape on the bar for it to fit neatly though.
I bought a quadlock handlebar mount for my 2024 mt07 for when it comes in this month. Was it a big hassle to fit?

@@zae495 did the extra parts for smaller handles not work?
@@Hanimekun nope
@@zae495 damn, that place must have been very small then, I hope i'll be able to find a equally as good spot as you then!
Love this color scheme, might go for a test ride soon, they look like great bikes.

i think that when it comes to new gauge and not much of a place to put quadlock on you still can change your handlebar for a bit wider one
Whats the main difference from the MT07-09? Is there a noticeable top speed difference or??

@@itsadyerthing sweet perfect timing I'll be looking out for it my friend thanks!
the key placement is so odd.
@TrojanSalesmen1 very awkward especially once you have a shield on !
It's the only review that even showed me the key placement and I've watched a lot of reviews lol
Bro this new mt07 made in indonesia , right ?
So this bike does not have an RFID key and have to be in the ignition?
@user-xn8sn6hq4m no, there is no immobliizer. That is only for, R1, MT10, FJR13 and the XTZ12,
If they change the headlight unit then i wil buy it
Does it have an assist and slipper clutch?
@darkuuu7194 not the mt07 series. This such feature will be found in MT09 and up.
Nice!
Might I ask how much cost for the insurance
@CheinVanluong-i4b to many variables to provide an answer. Youde have to do a Belair quick quote for better idea or call your agent

right? lol
Dark grey and aqua paint? WTF? WHo ever thought of that combination? it's fricken ugly as a mud fence.
That is the ugliest mt07.. all black or the yamaha blue. It would look 100 % better with black wheels. But the mt07 is a great bike
Never been a fan of them wheels but love the main color.
I personally love storm fluo or blue. Black is a bit dull on this bike

I personally think this is the best looking MT07 to date
