That’s hilarious! If I had been watching one of your videos two nights ago and the video suddenly stopped because it was taken down due to a privacy claim by a third party, this hypothetical story would explain a lot! The kind of journalist you describe does important and valuable work that most people appreciate. I’ll guess this whole thing will end up boosting the journalist’s career in the long run. The hypothetical leader will have to use his influence to turn this thing around.

@@sgcarney Enahm, I saw your post before TH-cam took it down. I don't know you, but it seems you've done something truly worthwhile by building the organization around you father’s practices that has allowed it to be passed onto thousands of people. That is a commendable achievement.
I’ve been following Scott’s videos/books/blogs for years, and I've heard some mild to moderate criticism of you and the organization. That’s his job as a journalist to have a critical and discerning eye and say what he sees. He doesn't owe the Wim Hof Method any favors. To withhold judgement out of favoritism would be to discredit to his profession. The video about Wim’s scar was a fair comment on how Wim’s fearlessness crosses the line at being dangerous sometimes - fair enough and worth saying for the safety of Wim Hof practitioners. He doesn't like some aspects of the organization - okay. He's got his own personal bias, but I don't think he's trying to tear everything down.
Of course Scott made money reporting Wim’s methods, AND brought thousands of people to your classes at the same time. He didn't use you any more than you did him. Fair use in journalism is, "The use of textual, visual and other quotations of cultural material for purposes of reporting, criticism, commentary, or discussion..." I think that was what Scott was doing in the videos you are getting taken down. Your strikes to censor his videos is a threat to his platform and career, especially if his channel is taken off TH-cam. Adult up and listen to what he says, call him out with specifics if you think he's off, adjust if you think he's got any valid points, and ignore him if you don't.

@@sgcarney It seems to be really more about Wim than Enahm. You really don’t like what’s transpired. It is wrong, unjust. Perhaps more focus on Wim, your relationship with him and experiences. All other things that could be brought awareness to. What’s false will eventually lead to its demise on its own. Of coarse these actions are particularly irritating. It’s just that with the attention given, it takes away from that which could otherwise be discussed. When Enahm isn’t a distraction, he loses. Easy for me to say…Hopefully that makes sense.
Hypothetically, I couldn't agree more and were I a committed practitioner of said church I wouldnt feel comfortable calling it by such a name anymore. Cold Guy Practice, anyone? Keep fighting the good fight!! from a ice brother in the north who fights the good fight in an honest family business every day. @@Innerfirechurch Dear Enahm, I have tremendous respect for you and for what you did for humanity helping to bring Wim's beautiful method to millions. This is really fascinating and invaluable; your important role in this cannot be devaluated.
WHM is a life changer for me, as well as for many others. I was really inspired and tried to bring my experiences to people and put my humble contribution to popularizing The Method. I used to have a TH-cam channel publishing breathing videos, and there were several thousand subscribers who used the videos for their daily WHM practice.
However, not long ago, my channel suffered multiple copyright strikes from Innerfire, and you guys didn't even bother to provide me explanations when asked, not leaving me any chance to correct my mistakes (if there were any). You just violently deleted my channel even though I only used publicly available materials complying with 'fair use' notion. Many, many people's practices were disrupted because of this action; they were begging to put my videos back online but to my deepest regret, I could not do anything.
This is just a personal example illustrating how current Innerfire’s "money first" approach hurts people. It is very demotivating and makes many people believe that there is a truth in Scott’s words.
I truly believe that everyone would benefit tremendously if you Innerfire guys were more open and continued to put people first, not money. I am sure it would bring a long-term win to you and everybody out there.

You are doing a great work Scott and my opinion is that the fall of this "Church" might be the love of money but the knowledge will continue with the people, they just need to change the name of the practice not the way of the practice, after all, the goal of everyone is to be better human being while stay or become happy and healthy......

In this imaginary scenario, you have to get the charismatic leader, the priests at the local church, to either fix the problems at the church. Or the charismatic leader, and the priests, will have to form a new church. Much like when the Lutherans broke away from the Catholic Church. The charismatic leader, hopefully has the power, with the priests, to fix the church. Binding mediation or arbitration might be the only way. If the evil leader of the church doesn’t do what the charismatic leader- founder wants.
But keep in mind, the law is very clear. You don’t have the right to hurt church attendance. Or hurt anyone’s business. Unless you are being damaged financially or professionally yourself. And it is imperative to get the charismatic leader, and the unhappy priests, to handle the rouge c e o of the church.
It’s also important to remember, nobody owns the right to practice. And try to become one with the light.
If the c e o is too stubborn, a new church will be formed in a heartbeat.
I would call the new church… w h m.. standing for.. water, hyperventilation, meditation.
I too practice the methods of the church daily, for 2 years regularly. And 3 years if you count my slow first year coming in to the ways of the church.
