I saw that drone video too . That’s how I started . It gets easier . I would just get it off the ground . Now you see the list of things that need to be done before they go in the air . It’s a pain in the ass with the gps and cameras unless that’s what it’s been used for . I like to turn on an mjx bugs let it rip , and it does but you’re not there yet until you can maneuver freely . I had issues with speed coming back to me the with the noise facing me so I would drive it in reverse , pull back on the right stick and go forward and backwards for like a week flying left and right . Just watch that wind when it goes up to 300 ft . Totally need an open area like where you bash . It would be cool to see the area where you bash from above 👍. Have a good one .
I watched the last two vids on my tv so couldn’t comment but if I had I was going to say the last video he showed immense improvement imho with some practice and dads advice . That’s just how young folks are . They like to find out on their own . Good times 👍. I always liked doing things with my dad .
Check the inner bearings on the rear hub. They like to wear out on these buggies. Also its worth upgrading to the M4 standoffs. They are way stronger. RPM sells a little rear skidplate part number RPM81332. It saves the chassis from wearing out so quickly when it slaps on landings. Also I like to run the RPM81812 bumper on my Typhon as well. It protects the front end a lot and acts like a skidplate for the front too!
@TecraTube i didn't peep the plate. But looks like santa clarita area. I'm in the valley. Got the TLR tuned typhoon would love to rip with ya sometime.

I swear sometimes my kids will argue with me even when they know they’re wrong just for the sake of disagreeing. 😂 Good run guys
Oh yes they do. Even after 18.
When you go out there on the track? i would like to give my 3s typhon a run there.
Where's this track located if you don't mind? Looks like CA
it's a California license plate so I'd say you're accurate
