Good day! Justice buddy.Thank you for this very informative video about the applicable laws and jurisprudence on choosing hospital. Here are some of the information that i've learned through watching this video:
1.Under Article 19 of Civil Code when it comes to human relation, states that all human have the rights to do what he/she want as long as it does not negatively affect the rights of other people. And if there is no contract between you and the company you work for that you will only go to an exclusive and specific hospital they choose, you have the rights to choose your own for the betterment of your health

Thanks for this lesson about buhay NG OFW on choosing hospitals they wanted to be admitted to. I learnt about OFW privileges to choose which hospitals they wish to be treated to. I learned that OFW workers have the ability to choose whatever hospital they want to visit. And, if you and your employer do not have an agreement that you will only go to an exclusive and specific hospital that they select, you have the liberty to choose your own for the sake of your health.

- May karapatan kang umimik kung saan mo gustong magpagamot lalo na patungkol sa buhay ng isang tao.
- Article 19 of Civil Code, Pagdating sa human relation meron karapatan ang lahat ng tao na isagawa yung gusto niyang gawin basta hindi yon nakakalabag sa karapatan ng ibang tao.
