    You can weld washers on to the kickstand so it doesn't lean over so much.

    No idea what you did with the zip ties? Did you just tighten the spring with two zip ties together? Also the riser plate did you install the bolts from underneath?

    • @Sunshone7311
      @Sunshone7311  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You put the zip tie through the center of the spring and use another zip tie to lock it in place. This doesn’t allow the spring to stretch which disables the governors ability to pullback on the throttle. On the plate, bolts through the top and nuts on the bottom to secure the riser to the frame. The engine bolts are from the top and bolts are already welded into the riser.

      The chain guard isn’t on the bike after the install? Are you referring to cutting the U shaped bar that the chain guard mounts to? Reason is because the adapter plate he used not only raises the engine 1 inch, but it also moves it forward allowing you clearance for that U shaped bar.

    That's not correct about the governor pulling back on full throttle. The governor does nothing on full throttle until it is able to overcome the spring tension near max governed RPM. The throttle on the carb will stay at full throttle until then. Saying that the bike accelerates better with a zip tie has been a myth for quite a while. The zip tie is not needed on Coleman 200's with a torque converter and stock gearing. You would be lucky to get 3600 (stock governed) RPM out of that bike. That's about 45 MPH.

    • @Sunshone7311
      @Sunshone7311  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don’t know where you are getting that from. The zip tie absolutely changes the throttle response and running bikes side by side there is a considerable difference off the line. You can do as you please, but it does make a difference.

    Hey guy im not trying to be a jerk or anything but you do know the hisun 196cc engine is a predator right hisun makes the honda clones and there sold by harbor freight as predator engines other people sell them under different names
    if you look in predator manual youll find that the manual says that the motor is built by hisun
    even the mini bike frame is built by hisun you can read this on the little tag under the seat... also coleman powersports isnt coleman at all these mini are imported by godfrey and associates d.b.a. coleman powersports ... im sure Godfrey and assiciates licensed the name coleman i hope i didnt come across as a jerk

    • @Deucealive75
      @Deucealive75 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah I could never understand why people swap out a good engine like this. These engines are just as upgradable as the harbor freight engines and arguably better quality. The 212 does have slightly more torque than the 196's. If I wanted to do this to my bike I would buy a $30 crankshaft, I wouldn't buy a new engine.
      They must have recently made the change of manufactures for the Predator. I thought they were made by a different company that I can't think of at the moment.
