Very helpful. I had the same problem with my LG but the icemaker is positioned at the back and you can actually see the filling tube. So I used a hair drier to achieve the same results.
Hi sir, i have an issue. The ice making is very slow. I did some hot air drying and now the reset button doesn’t work and the arm is always in down position
Issue i'm having is the water is flowing, but the ice tray which i can feel has frozen ice cubes ready, won't rotate unless i take of the cover and use the 'rest button'? Any ideas!?
LOL Algy. After getting 47K hits on my first video on the subject I felt it only right to show what I had discovered. Until you get the Freezer enjy your ice free drinks from a bottle of something. 😏 Regards Michael

Hi
Great video, but just wanted to check with you. How does your fridge perform with hardly any space around it for ventilation?
It performs well in spite of being virtually built in. Thanks for your comment.

OPPPS !! Sorry I can't help you but if you uded a lot of heat you may have damaged the motor and/or the controls. Good luck.

The only thing I can think of is the arm which acts as a sensor maybe stuck. Otherwise I have no idea. Sorry.
@@michaelchartres thanks, anyway! gone through a few steps, hopefully its working by the morning.

Thanks
It would seem that the real answer is to keep the ice cube level low in the box.
Yes David. But that means either MANY more Vodka Macs!! LOL regards Michael
Now all I need is a fridge Freezer with an Ice Maker plus a bottle of something that would need the ice 🙂
