    Mahomes is willing to sacrifice stats for wins. He could have taken bigger chances... 50/50 balls, run more, push the envelope but instead he drained clock and relied on flipping the field and his D for this win. He is freakin scary because now he mental game is catching up to his ability game, and we could have this for another 7-12 years. We also could have Mahomes/Kelsey for another 2-4 years.

      They're also completely unfazed about being seen as the top dogs during the regular season. They use it as a practice run for the playoffs and never run up stupid "flex" scores like Miami did. They use the regular season as a testing ground - nothing more. Their discipline and lack of ego is amazing at this point.

    Kyle Hamilton looked legitimately shook after giving up a TD to Kelce after not giving up a TD to a tight end all year. At one point they show his eyes and he looked a little dumbfounded like, "how did that happen?"

      Hamilton still played one hell of a game. KC born and bled here, that guy is a dawg. The Kelce TD was a shocker to us too. Just as Sneed getting lost in coverage and giving up a big play downfield to Flowers was a shock to the world also. The Ravens have nothing to be upset about other than the discipline issues. They have a solid football team. They simply didn't show up Sunday. They'll be back.

    I think Mahomes is using the MVP finalists as the fuel for this playoff run. The Chiefs have already beat 2 of the 5 finalists, and there are 2 more in the game against the Niners. Tyreek was top of the OPOY list. The Chiefs have the best QB, TE, DT, CB1, CB2, and HC, and none of them were considered for any honors this year. Snead and McDuffie didn't even make the pro-bowl?! McDuffie was all-pro, but not pro-bowl. Also the Refs took 9 points and a possession away from KC.

      @@siniister710Brady also threw an int that would have ended the game in pats first year starting. His first year. He puts up 45 on the patriots. Brady threw a pick but it gets called back becaue dee Ford is barely offsides. Then in the superbowl mahomes has 4 starting linemen out with Injuries. 4. Do you think Brady would have won that game in the same context? Hell no. Mahomes also brat Brady in the regular season plenty of times. Mahokes in thst afc title gsme never touched the ball again after tying the game. The overtime rule then. Their is context to what your saying. Just because Brady has 7 rings don't mean he's the goat. His team was also caught cheating 2 paid a fine 5 times for scandals to the nfl. A dark cloud thst should hang over his career. How many fines you think the chiefs have had to pay for cheating? 0 bro. Zero. Brady also had a top 5 defense 16 times. Mahomes has had one of those this year. That's it. Other thsn thst he has had middle of the pack to bottom half defenses. So Brady with historic defenses wins 7 rings but we only credit Brady for having 7. Not the coach or the all time great defenses. He scored 13 and won a Superbowl. 13. They're is context to this stuff. Just saying we'll Brady beat him is easy without looking at the whole picture. Brady also threw an interception thst would have sent his team home if not for the tip of dee ford's helmet. In mahomes first year starting. Brady also lost 3 superbowls 2 to a crappy Eli manning. And one to a backup in nick foles. Whom after thst year had one more decent playoff run then became a nobody. Hr also fumbled the ball in thst eagles superbowl thst could have been a game winning drive. But he gave the ball straight back to the eagles. The refs also changed a rule mid gsme called the tuck rule which had never even been heard of. Just saying Brady beat him twice with no context is stupid.

The most mvps the most superboels before age 30. The most td before age 30. The most yards. Most superboel mvps. If he isn't the goat, he's well on his way. Mahomes don't have any cheating scandals either. And mahomes has nevw4 lost a superbowl to Eli manning. Twice. Or to nick foles a backup qb. Mahoes is on his way to be the goat. Sorry that you Brady stick riders don't like that. But facts are facts. And I get beady brat him twice. Before the rule change in overtime for one. And the other mahomes had 4 starting linemen out with injuries. The afc championship game people don't want to bring uo that Brady threw an interception that would have cost his team the game. Yet dee Ford was barely offsides. So should we give him credit for throwing an interception that would have ended the game? That was mahomes first year. Against the patriots which had a top 3 defense. And Brady had a top 3 defense 16 times. How many has mahomes had. Mahomes only has 6 years in. Give him time. And the say he's going now yeah he will be the goat. He's on route to win 9. With no bad losses like Brady had. And no cheating scandals like Brady has. Bradys team has paid fines 5 times and also had players suspended for cheating scandals. Millions of dollars for cheating. Millions in fines.

    The Chiefs offense didn't need to do anything in the second half except run the clock and not turn the ball over because their defense hasn't allowed 10+ points in the second half in the last 8 games. All they really needed to win the game, as it turned out, was those very first long touchdown drives. That's what makes Mahomes so great: he will simultaneously give his team enough to win and enough to prevent them from losing.

    Spags should go down as best DC in playoffs. He’s also won 4 of 5 SB’s for 2 different teams and will be 5 for 6 after SB 58. When he retires he should be 1st ballot HOF coach. In Spags we trust 🏆 🏆🏆🏆🏆

    Incredible. The chiefs are all around. I would say they are and were before the game a better team when considering all coaches. Most people do not think that way. The coaching is crucial. If that is not the highest level then it’s trickles down. The players have to be put in positions to execute and strategy is ginormous in football. It all starts with the coaches. When it’s all flowing then the greats will not be beat.
    That’s why I do not see any possible universe where Purdy takes his team to the chip. Then coaches would have to have a perfect game plan against the chiefs defense and Purdy would have to execute pretty much perfectly. I don’t see that happening.
    I think the chiefs D is better than 49ers. The coaches are better and the offense will execute better and have true confidence. Purdy always has to battle the doubt. He will not be able to in the superbowl. I say Chiefs at least by 10

    Did the taunting call really affect the game? They almost scored a TD except Sneed made a hell of a play to punch that ball out. Flowers doesn't reach out he maybe scores or he's down at the half yard line with a new set of downs. Who cares about a taunting call? Why are people acting like if it wouldn't have been for that call they would have scored there?

    • @mschinn4774
      @mschinn4774 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The taunting call cost the Ravens momentum. Instead of having the ball in the shadow of the end zone, they had to move back 15 yards. It also pissed off Sneed. When Flowers is nearing the end zone, Sneed is only looking at the ball and making a dagger through the heart play. It was 1000 percent personal. The loss of those 7 points changed the entire game. From First and Goal at the 4 and the Chiefs on their heels and Lamar smelling blood in the water..... To First and Ten at the 20 and Sneed looking to get even with Flowers. Dont. Poke. The. Bear. Even more, Flowers punches the bench and hurts his hand affecting his ability on the field.

    Lamar just isn't on the same level as Mahomes, and that is the reality. The ravens defense gave him tons of chances to win that game. The only QB so far that has matched Mahomes top performances in the AFC has been Brady in 2018, and Josh Allen. Allen had that game won 2 years ago with 13 secs left. He also outplayed Mahomes last week but his defense forced 1 punt. When Burrow beat Mahomes in arrowhead his defense got THREE interceptions including one in overtime to setup the game winning FG.

    Allot of people don't realize that spags was the dc for the new York giants in sb42 when they beat the undefeated patriots that had tom brady and randy moss as well as Wes Welker. Give spags some players with talent or potential and he'll scheme them up to terrorize high powered offenses. Josh Allen is elite and so is Lamar Jackson but that chiefs defense isn't the same middle of the pack defense from all the previous years in the mahome Era and defense wins championships

      Because it was intentional. In that situation it changes the down and distance from 1st and 5 to 1st and 10 without using any time or timeouts. By doing that they force KC to convert a 1st and 10 instead of 1st and 5 to seal the game.
