I don't think Pochettino is a top notch manager, and leaving it till the last 5 matches of the season where in total our opponents hit the post/bar up to 9 times - due to luck- is enough justification to get rid of him. They gave him a bunch of new inexperienced players that needs time to develop and blend as a team and on top of that Chelsea experienced injury crisis for most part of the seasoning and towards the end of the season, the team picked form and qualified for Europe then boom the sack. He even improved the position from 12th last season to 6th. The truth of the matter is even Guadiola didn't win or contest for the league in his first season. Personally I don't even know what the owners want at this point.

Poch sacking is a good one.
1. He has cameleon attitude. Practiced a nice system in preseason, boom switch to 9 defensive players once season started.
2. Training.. his training pattern left Chelsea with 14 injuries. Epl record for 1 team. Even some haven't recovered till date .
3. To slow tactically.. imagine taking 30 games to understand early changes, game management when winning, players in there natural position.etc.
4. Players development... No Chelsea players has developed more than there normal capabilities. I mean none. All through the season are just doing there basic characteristics or less. Palmer exception because he learned all in city before coming. Any game he is absent, Chelsea gets bad results

So his training method and what kind of Training should this team have, just go to the Gym, do some 30 mins jug, do passover with eachother for 2 hours comon you dont know what you are writing. The structure of the team and module is the disagreement. Poch wants a say in player recruitments and sales. Pochettino wants Gallagher and Chaloba to stay but owners want to sell. So the owners want a Coch that will accept and work with the recruitment given to him.

We set unrealistic targets for ourselves thinking we can achieve those targets with this players but then the next coach should just follow the set up Poch was using at the latter part of the season and also the players know theirselves now.
