@@nexal8970 if you put maresca in charge of sunderland would he change them? No they would play exactly as they do now, and that's my point. I'm not letting people say ten hag is worse when there's multiple examples of him coaching good goals at united. It's just that he's selecting bums who aren't fit to wear the shirt.
Chelsea. This is exactly how Bohley had drawn it up. 😘 I’m nearly 75% sure Maresca will be our manager. If the reports are true. He is 44 (youngish), he plays extremely similar to how Poch has been trying to do all season. He values control of a game through high 60’s early 70’s percent possession. He uses wingers, 10’s and a bounce striker, who can also turn and run at CB’s. The only 4 things I’m unsure about is 1. temperament? 2. does he want to come? 3. Amorim is clearly the number 1 target who doesn’t want to leave sporting (who plays in a similar way). As such can Chelsea afford to go with a 2nd choice and someone hasn’t won anything at the highest level? 4. Does Maresca make young high potential players great? (I guess he did with Casadei to an extend).
I think Maresca is a safe choice because with the profile of the team Chelsea got and how they have been coached by Poch. Shifting to Maresca playstyle won't be that drastic of a change and will follow some similar ideas. But I don't think Maresca is a coach that would have groundbreaking creative ideas and new concept like what Alonso, De Zerbi did. I think Chelsea will doing well with him but maybe not dominating the league. Another plus side is that the report said Maresca knowledge of Chelsea youths players impressed Chelsea on the interview. Now it's another thing to make the whole group happy.

Am confident with the quality of players that Chelsea has, they will make it happen for Enzo Maresca.. I wish him all the best..
Do they sell these tactic boards?
I think with a structure like this Reece should be our RCB with Gusto being the RB and later the inverted midfielder. I see half spaces when defending with this system at the fullback regions and Reece and too. So with a 3-4-3 structure James is RCB Fofana as CB with either Colwill or Cucu as LCB. Caicedo and Gusto as two pivot with Enzo and Palmer in the pockets around zone 14 with Madueke Mudryk and Jackson upfront
Cucurilla will shine under this Coach
Reece James will be the invented full-backhe has played as a DM before and good with the ball compared to Cucu
@@jeofareigns8862 my friend I said this before Poch fixe his prblms i was desperate of any coach that know what he does but now no this championship coaches r not ready for Chelsea yet
but for Reece i prefer him like TT was using him
@@jeofareigns8862 but if he convert reece to ifb we will miss reece run at the flank and those amazing crosses. It a huge loss to not get those crosses
If so, then Cucu will be invented
I wanna see Estevao
I mean he's not revealing much but still is analyzing your tactics on TH-cam the smartest thing you can do??
I came to confirm his tactics after his announcement🤣🤣
He can maintain the shape we finished with. Fullback getting inside (CuCu)
this man half time speeches must be strong asf with that voice
What does that mean 😂?
I am here doing research for my FM tactic
Gusto and cucurella ,, Enzo and caicedo will shine if this guy manages Chelsea
Jackson too because he is so clever and good at linking up and providing runs for the team. The challenge would be on the details if he could coach players tendencies on the details that maters and perfected them. All the other players Poch managed to coach although it took a long time for Poch.
What about Estevao?
Thank you so much for adding the soccer ball button
Watch out for Casadei Under this man💯🔥
Casadei wasn't a starter for Leicester... Why would Enzo start him for Chelsea?
All of Pep formations and tactics hmm impressive
Cucu inverted fullback, Enzo and Palmer attacking mids, Olise one on one on the outside, and Osimhen through the middle. We are so back!!
No…just no
@@7senM7md sounds good to me...?
@@envy8468 you think he can get us to top 4 at least let alone win a trophy?
@@7senM7md i think hes got as good a chance to get us top 4 as poch. We are able to win cups because we have a very strong squad so yeh we could win something for sure... but atleast with a coach that has an identity we can perfect it'll hopefully improve us faster rather than play the odd game really well
@@7senM7md we was close this season. Just need more quality up front and better defensive structure
This guy understands football
Like if you're here for Chelsea 😅
We plenty 😁
Can’t believe I had to watch this now, what has happened to my great club. Tommy Tuchel was right there and we’ve gone for a bald championship manager
That's right! Why don't the stupid yanks let the fans choose? I'm sure it would be Thomas Tuchel.😁
Chelsea fans gathering to find hope,
lol same
Imagine
Bro 😂😂 tell me about it . I watched McKenna and I liked his fluidity but I don’t know much about this guy
Lol😂
😂😂
Great video and explanation!
What’s the movement for the striker n wingers then?
Sarri, Postecoglou, Luis Castro, Roger Schmidt, Ten Hag, Naglesmann, De Zerbi, Bielsa, Spalletti, Fernando Diniz, Knutsen, Rydstrom... etc, get this guys pls
Eric Ten Hag need to learn from this
he needs to learn from a championship coach? come one the aim is to win the pl not get relegated
@@MostUnbiasedFanenzo maresca is 10x better tactician than ten hag. Only reason man utd are winning is down to individual quality.
@@coopsycoop9913 no he ain't, if anything maresca is getting carried by individual quality. Leicester have a midtable level pl squad in the championship against teams like Sheffield Wednesday and qpr.
@@MostUnbiasedFanmaybe watch a couple Leicester games before you attempt to sum up our season… as someone who has watched every game so far, I’d say that at least 75% of our goals are well worked resulting from intentional buildup, not random stunner upper 90s
@@nexal8970 if you put maresca in charge of sunderland would he change them? No they would play exactly as they do now, and that's my point. Like kompany last season he's doing well mainly due to Leicester having a squad much better than everyone else.
I'm not letting people say ten hag is worse when there's multiple examples of him coaching good goals at united. It's just that he's selecting bums who aren't fit to wear the shirt.
Welcome to chelsea, wish you the best and success ahead as our previous italian coaches
He one ouplayed Chelsea in the Facup. Perfect manager to replace Poch.
They really didn't though
Can't wait to see Maresca ball at chelsea he seems very confident about his tactics
He didn't talk about playing against 3-5-2 and 3-4-3
This dude knows what he's saying 👏 😂 abd he sounds so confident
Cucurella hearing 'inverted full-back'
With this style.. sanchez becomes no.1 again ahhh
Yea maresca said he keeping him. Well hopefully second sesson he does well. His injured for most part of the season
Poch used the same tactics with inverted Cucurella
Started using it too late. Didn't do himself any favors :/
True
Chelsea. This is exactly how Bohley had drawn it up. 😘
I’m nearly 75% sure Maresca will be our manager.
He's coming 😁
