Chelsea should offload Sterling if they can, sick and tired of him wasting chances, nice to see Nicholas Jackson has more goal contributions than Kai Havertz in his first season in English football.
Not to mention his wages are triple most the rest of the squad
No one is taking sterling on his deal
Talk about looking at desperate stats lol....Havertz has played less minutes and has played half his games in midfield
@@Ryan-ys2bq Saudi League will take him
@@pauljansen6650Well chelsea has mostly been disjointed while Arsenal has stable system who were title contenders last season. Jackson would have absolutely shined in Arsenal, more than Havertz.
Everyone slates jackson but i think hes got great desire and potential?
He has some great attributes definitely a player in there
He’s young with lots of potential playing in a new league. I think he’s handled it pretty well. Definitely some maturity issues that have undermined his impact but he’s the best striker we’ve had since Costa and I hope he continues to improve.
Sadly most people make their minds up based on memes and clips these days. Anyone who has actually watched Jackson this season can see he's still a raw talent with very high potential
Even when they were loosing, they were playing good but they were just unlucky.
Been saying this all season. Even when we lose we generally have enough chances to have won the game easily. Its the opposite to United who have won way more games than they should have
Chelsea just needs to finish in the top 6 for it to be a successful season
We’re on track, we’re on track for Europe etc. for the injuries and everything in between Poch is doing a good job.
Scott Minto is one of the best pundits going. Someone who can string a coherent sentence together and put forward a considered argument. As for Posh, I must admit he is winning me round. If we can remain unbeaten to the end of the season then that should form the basis of a decent start to next season. Players will need to leave and some experienced professionals brought in. As for the owners, Boehly needs to take a back seat or I'm sure someone from Clearlake will be having a word with him.
Chelsea missing six definite starters most of the season.
Yeah. 14 first team players out injured against Spurs. Any team in the league would struggle with that
Yes, give a manager more than 5mins and he might actually be able to make some changes
What they on about the owners interfering going in dressing riom etc…poch clearly stated last wk he hasn’t seen or spoken to them in months! 😅
The sporting directors were in the dressing room yesterday there the eyes and ears of the owners
@@tikemyson5627 but were they going in to congratulate them?
This Panel So far are the only ones who Have the Common sense to See, that there's more going on behind the scenes with Poch why things haven't gone right..
The first realistic assessment of Poch. Good job
poch all in 🙏 hardcore chelsea fan here please poch in in in.. pep at man city trophyless in firtst season but promising football and man city were patient with pep..please we are heading rirght direction with poch .. poch in
Pochettino turned it around in the pre season. . not now.
It's just that it took normal process time to be visible to the untrained
eye.
It will be more visible in 8 months to come...with few important strategic additions.
The real question is what happens if it is not? A belated sack? Wouldn't it be such a waste of time.
For me, if TT can come back then get him. Then play the patience game. Near no fan will complain about the manager, at least the ones that attend regularly.
@@hnaku8748 let me tell you.
I had issues with Tuchel and Pochettino coming to this club...
When Tuchel was about to come here....I said it clearly, Tuchel is seriously poor in transfer market...and he will have issues with the owners in this case.
It happened as I said.
Watch all the transfers we did under Tuchel, how many of them really helped this club?
Lukaku... Sterling... Koulibally... Aubameyang... Cucurella**
Cucurella is just start to look like a decent footballer.
The same thing is happening in Bayern now....and it will happen in his next club...
Tuchel got found out here...
The football was boring, only goal keeper and defenders playing the ball.
7 defenders and 3 attackers...
When we attack....only one player or 2 are available in the box.... Hence we play lot of 1-0s.
Tuchel I can tell you, I have a serious issue with him coming back here.
Pochettino may not be such elite coach but currently, he is what this club need at this stage... Before we can think about any elite coach...that can accept to come here... Meanwhile there are no more elite coaches available.
Pochettino should be given 2 seasons.
He will stabilize this team....he has ability to train young players.
@@hnaku8748 again, Chelsea fans are insatiable.
They can complain.
Just 2-3 consecutive lose and another bad performance, they will want you out immediately.
He’s only adjusted to his pre season tactics since the Everton game.
@@wisdomnzube4121 I want to replace Pochettino for Tuchel because of last 10-15 YEARS, not games. Hope that's clear.
We look far more balanced and dangerous since Fernandez's absence. We should sell him rather than Gallagher, but there's more chance of Spurs winning a piece of silverware.
You’re basing that on a couple of games, let’s get a fit Enzo in a functioning team and see what he’s like then.
@@ojshaw7671 My opinion isn't based off a couple of games, but rather the last 16 months in which he's failed to justify his price tag or highlight how he adds value to the team. I wouldn't disagree that he's technically better than Gallagher, however in his position, work ethic is a more valuable commodity.
Chelsea should revert back to the 4 - 3 - 3 system that made them so successful with fast pacey skilful wingers and power house cms
Robben and duff were menacing plus essien Makele Lampard in midfield and strong striker in Drogba.Very balanced
The problem is that both Winstanley and Stewart used to work with "System Coaches". You deliver them Players. They work with what they get. You buy for a 4-2-3-1 they will play 4-2-3-1. Poch aint that kind of a manager. And that should have been obv. during talks before Poch joined. Yet they hired him anyway. Keep one and demote him. Sack the other and get some1 with knowledge how to operate at this club level! When it comes to signings have your Manager, DOF, and Sporting Director at a table. Let them talk and majority vote counts. With a right for veto for the manager. If he doesnt wont to work with a player and has valid reasons then he should be able to disaprove a signing.
All I know is if Poch is going to keep is job further of 2 or 3 years than he just must have a say in the players coming in and out
Although he never had a say in which players were brought in he has made this squad his own.
Poch needs to have a say and then be judged from there
The problem is you don't know jackall like most other idi*ts.
A lot of Chelsea fans myself included are guilty of not listening to the manager in his different interviews. Hearing this changes my idea of him slightly, if Potch genuinely believes it was a bad cfc season despite how it's looking then maybe stick with him one more year?
EVERYONE with this opinion instantly outs themselves that they don’t watch chelsea at all. Real fans have seen since day 1 we’ve improved all season long, the players did well in preseason it was obvious the team was much better than potters chelsea. The narrative have CONSTANTLY been about chelsea failing or underperforming and overspending but in reality you can buy every professional player in the world if the top 70% of them are injured there’s nothing you can do
It’s a lot easier to perform under considerably less pressure.
Less pressure? This is the most pressure they've faced all season. European spots up for grabs with a few games left to decide it. Some player's fighting for their future at the club. Chelsea are in the top 4 for points in 2024, so what you're saying is we've had no pressure since Christmas?
@@Mal_Freeman0451 They are still behind and therefore have nothing to lose. How is it the most pressure they have had. Let's see how they perform when they are in a top 4/title race. 6/7 year contracts, their futures are set regardless what the club want to do.
Give any half decent manager 35+ games and he'd manage to get 2 wins at home on the bounce I assure you. It's not turning it around. He'll turn it around if we(Chelsea) win something major with him. He had the near perfect luck of draws to do it this season, but just like last 7+ years in England, failed. Fans have been very very patient with him, much more so than Potter(who faced harsher circumstances). We've somehow managed to turn Conference League place into a success. That's how patient fans have been. It's not top 4, not top 6, if not for recent bounce it was lowered to top 8! Our expectations have become like Brighton. Our revenue though still remains much more.
Lol, are you drunk? This is a brand new team & it takes time to build chemistry. Finishing from 12th to 6th is good progress
You haven’t got a clue what you are watching mate. Chatting absolute rubbish
@@robbiewizz658 Same.
@@akachied4166 Last season isn't a benchmark. It was the worst in 30+ years. Most of it because of the transition. This was a perfectly stable season that was without European football. And yet we've managed to concede most goals since start of Premier League. That's not a good record. It's Ian Porterfield level.
Recent developments are positive, but let's not get carried away. The only reason the custodians stuck with him is because they wanted the 'exhaustive process' to be proven correct. Any other normal Chelsea season Pochettino is sacked. We sacked 2 last season, and had 4 different coaches overall.
@@hnaku8748Doesnt matter how much we concede if we finish high around 5th or 6th. With lots of injuries, young team, we havent had like this case before in chelsea. Before project was done haphazardly with each season getting worse league wise.
And there isn't better options out there tp replace him.
Arteta was 8th in his 1st season and now he has made Arsenal title contenders.
Chelsea must offload Enzo and Stirling.
Just lucky against struggling sides. Poche is poche afterall 😂😂😂
No Big 6 side has beaten us at the bridge this season but go off
In the top 4 for points in 2024. Beat Spurs twice, beat Man Utd, two draws with City, unlucky not to beat Liverpool and Arsenal. Knocked Newcastle, Villa and Birghton out of the cups. Been getting big results all season....
@@Mal_Freeman0451 exactly it’s the lower half teams that we have struggled against this season… Burnley, Sheffield Utd, Everton, Forest etc
you very smart when dumb
We need more wins and not scrapping through... We have the players but poche😂😂😂😂
Kudo guys 👌
we just beaten tired teams made us look good ......lost the cup final because of his subs and tactics .....played negetive against city ....still a lot of improvement POCH IS TOO SOFT LOOK AT PEP KLOPP FERGIE GO CRAZY ON TOUCHLINE BUT POCH IS LIKE DONT WORRY
Alex crook makes things up lol when did the owners tell players what to do 🤣
Jokers have no idea what's going on behind the scenes. All speculation and gossip
Crook seems like the perfect word for that guy
As Chelsea fan, we dont want to see our team playing well and dominating our opponents, we just want to be champion and winning cups like the old day. Old or young players, MAKE IT HAPPEN! Either you champ or you sacked. For me, Pocch is out. The team cannot finish below top 4 or settle for Europe League
Playing against teams on the beach definitely helps
What happened against the team going for the title oh yeah 5nil
The whole reason arsenal are top because chelsea didn’t let city win against them.
Just in time for the end of the season 🤣
Crook is a muppet anyway
BREAKING…Jose incoming!
If he doesn’t turn around then we’ll turn him out !
Preseason 4 2 3 1
Season starts against liverpool 3 5 2
Ignores everyone and makes injury prones captains. What should these tell you?shut up yall
The players at all these clubs are spoilt brats.
these guys talk a load of shait
Because he wants the Tottenhzm job .
deluded chelsea fans thinking poch is doing good for first season no silverware no champions league and u deluded fans make fun of erik ten hag ..... if ineos decide to keep him despite having terrible season with injuries we will wipe the floor with u guys
Here we go, all the knee-jerk reactions.
F,,,,,,,, sad and pathetic.
I said months ago it was only a matter of time.
Shame ex pros etc don't have the intelligence to say that.
They think because they played professional football, they it all but than you don't meed intelligence to kick a ball
They all favor whichever way the wind blow up their arses 😂
The season is over and Chelsea are playing without any pressure, they’ve got 12 league losses this season and bottled it when it counted. Calm down 😂😂
Not sure how their season is over when they are still pushing for Europe.
Over just like Arsenal. Man City champion again this season. Arsenal "BeSt TeAM" but nv actually win anything and still has no UCL to show for 😅
@@Stimson122Europa league? The standards are so low. Better than being 10th though I guess
@@JamesomnipotentMan City are clearly the best team. But don’t worry, two seasons in a row with 85 points or more, 1 loss in 16 games for Arsenal. Huge improvements every year. Chelsea spent a billion of money laundering money to finish 7th? 😅
I thought you was just a clown when it came to boxing but it appears you like to troll every sport.
Looking at Chelsea last eight games…4 wins 3 draws and 1 defeat.
In those ganes scored 23 goals and conceded 14.
70 goals scored so far
Boehly out
Don't panic, his time is nearly up. Let's hope whoever takes his place has some idea about "soccer".
Sorry I don't agree with the three stooges. Poch comes across as boring and with no passion . His obsession with 4-2-3-1 lacks vision and his team selection is bizarre at best and stupid at worst. We beat Spurs because they decided to be Spursey and he had no choice of players left. The fact they are playing better is quite simply that an almost complete new team takes time to gel as well as the players settling in a new league. I suggest that they should have been at this level we saw at West Ham (although West Ham's defenders failed to turn up for work) before Christmas and he failed to deliver. The Arsenal defeat was appalling and due to Poch playing Disasi and Badeshile who were playing poorly before this match and when he had Silva and Gilchrist on the bench, this is not a manager who knows what he doing. He shows no passion on the touchline and is very passive. I don't dislike him but he is boring and not good enough. Rumour has that they have agreed with Conte to come back, I hope this happens because he did show he can get superior play out of inferior players. Look at how Alonso and Moses played as wingbacks in 2016 (they were not bad players but he made them exceptional).
Lol conte don't play young players...and injuries impact team selection as well as players form so we were never able to keep a consistent setup. Conte would be whining and crying g for experience and probably got himself sacked already.
CONTE? Is this a joke? Enough with this defensive managers like Jose, Conte and even Tuchel. Poch has done fine with what he has avaliable. He is good with young squad.
Gilchrist is too young and Silva too slow for Arsenal. They have been very good. One big loss doesnt matter.
It's just a few games... Poch couldn't win against Liverpool academy.
We in trouble if it takes a whole season to turn it around
Not pochs fault if players can't put the ball in the net from numerous good chances.
Useless analogy fella
Who are Liverpool's academy?
Stop allowing the Media and naive people mess your head...
Liverpool only had 2 new academy enter that game around 75mins...or more.
Did you see Chelsea start that fair guy at right back against Spurs?
Did you see cassadei, Acheampong come in? Against Spurs.
No noise about it...that Spurs couldn't beat Chelsea academy.
These were all media propaganda to mess with you Chelsea fans.
Klopp was supposed to win the league, he fell off....did you hear any one mention his name in the media? No... Because he is klopp and Liverpool.
Please learn these media will distract Chelsea as much as they like.
Chelsea’s team was younger than liverpools at full time terrible narrative the media ran with
@@wisdomnzube4121
The Real CFC's fan - solid n coherent. 👏👏⚽️✅️
100%
He hasn't. The bozo should get the sack, starting another season with him would be suicide. Haven't we seen enough?
Who would be better with that squad of 23 year olds? 😂
So who will replace him then?
Top 4 for points in 2024. I've seen enough to want him to stay.
Pochettino cannot be trusted.
He has had all of these ingredients most of the season, but only stumbles on the recipe after 40+ games, and key injuries forcing his hand.
He's played Palmer, Enzo and Gallagher in the wrong positions all season... He's left Caicedo exposed and made Caicedo look a poor player all season... He would probably have kept Sanchez in goal all season if it wasn't for injury.
Luck is good, but you cannot rely on good luck.
Another armchair pundit who thinks he knows better than the coach.
Ludicrous arguments fella,
Talking absolute garbage.
Pochettino is a new coach in a team that was newly assembled.
Did you expect him to perform a miracle with a new squad made up of mostly young players?..
He had to learn the players.... The players had to learn Pochettino....and learn each other player. You think this can happen in 3 months? No!!!
Pochettino is using this hybrid formation because injury hit the squad....and he is looking for a way to manage the remaining players.
Again, Caicedo Enzo Gallagher played the match that could have beaten Arsenal at the bridge.
The Match that drew again City twice...
You guys should stop acting like your brains were taken off.
@kevinspeller7403 What part is ludicrous, angry boy?
Pochettino didn't drop Sanchez after numerous poor performances - he only put Petrovic in after Sanchez was injured.
This recent change only came about after Enzo's injury... If Gallagher was doing so well, then why has Palmer replaced him as the #10? Why has it taken Pochettino 40 games to change?
@@sausageandbeanmelt4634 Pochettino is a new manager...in a new assembled players.
He had to play Sanchez first before any one else.
He can't drop Chelsea's investment of 115m on the bench.
Gallagher is working hard, so he can't drop him on the bench.
Caicedo is the DM there....he has to be in the game...
So should Pochettino play 13 players? Or cut of his balls to prove you wrong?
Injuries struck, he is looking for ways to manage the remaining players.
He found a way....in 3223 hybrid.
This formation will still be figured out by managers.
Top 4 for points in 2024 is just luck? Nonsense.
